由於再外出差我們首選的就是維也納，這次也一如既往的選擇了它，進入大堂，首先傳來的是一句親切的問候聲，讓人感覺特別熟悉，走到前台辦理入住，一位個子高高的小姐姐幫我辦理入住，另外一位則是跟我倒了一杯熱茶，感覺暖暖的，由於我訂的是一般的標間，小姐姐還特意幫我升級為商務了，辦完入住後，另外一個短頭髮的小姐姐還幫我按了電梯，很貼心的服務，上樓後進入房間，不緊大，還乾淨衞生，過了兩分鐘後，電話響起，還關心的的問房間滿意不，給了，服務，房間超級滿意，第二天我起不來，餐廳的服務員還幫我打包了牛奶跟麪包，值得推薦入住

環境：良好
服務：一流
位置非常好，離龍蝦城很近，又不在周邊，不吵鬧。
唯一不足就是早餐很多菜沒有保温，8點去就冷了

每次回家路過潛江基本都是在這家店入住，每次都讓我很滿意。給我們辦理入住的前台小哥哥，服務態度很好，業務熟練，辦理入住速度很快。房間設施很好，門口免費停車，上高速很方便。雖然訂的房間不含早餐，我們是自費加了早餐，但是，早餐真的很棒，品類很豐富，也很好吃，很值！
