酒店服務挺好的，園區也還好，小朋友玩的很開心，但是唯獨園區擺渡車跟小火車不是隨叫隨停，而且下雨需要小火車送的時候他説拉不了人，沒到時間，後來倒是坐了，但是態度巨不好，猛剎車，小朋友差點摔倒，要不是酒店前台售後服務態度好，真的很想給差評

預訂備註不需要把邊房，前台還是安排把邊房，洗手枱下水漏水，衞生間地上全是水。還有酒店前台國家網絡身份證識別不了。不帶身份的建議去派出所開證明去。預訂是街景房，給的也是街景，看大門街景。300塊房間要什麼自行車。挺好。
