這是我多次在山西旅遊住過最差的酒店！
設施：酒店雖説有地下車庫，但入口非常陡而且沒有照明，且有一股濃烈的尿騷味。所以選擇把車停在了地面停車場
衞生：最糟糕的就是衞生，進入房間後表面上看房間明亮整潔，但絕不能仔細看。衞生間的牆角等位置到處都是污垢，一看就是根本沒有打掃過。浴室墊腳用的毛巾居然有破洞，而且還有黃色的痕跡
環境：因為被告知餐廳正在裝修，所以早餐廳是一個會議室改造的，環境很差。早餐種類非常少，油條又乾又硬，豆腐腦是涼的。想着就隨便吃兩口吧，忽然發現身後兩個服務員大媽，用已經變成灰色的“白毛巾”在擦乾洗過的筷子。這時我再也無法繼續吃早飯了，馬上離開了這個“餐廳”。真的是太噁心了！
服務：在酒店入住一晚的短暫時間裏沒有特別需求酒店的服務，所以無法評價
綜合所有的一切，這真的是我在山西住酒店最最差的一次體驗！特意在攜程上訂的這個4星酒店，為了讓家人在旅途中能有個舒適乾淨的環境做休息。真不知道，這樣的酒店是怎麼能被評為4星級的？！很多3星酒店都比它好很多！
這個酒店已經上了我的黑名單了，以後再也不會入住了！
