非常糟糕的一次住宿體驗。（訂了二天）進入酒店走廊一片漆黑，根本無法找到房間，電視機打不開，水壓幾乎沒有，開了十幾分鍾熱水也沒有用。早上告訴她們説給我換一個沒有問題的房間，拿着行李搬到那裡還是如此，她們提出再給我換房間。我叫他們先確認一下水壓和熱水的問題再換房，把我涼在一邊再也不理我了。我等待了一個小時要求退房，折騰了老半天才給退第二天的房費………

酒店環境乾淨、大氣、整潔，與網上照片一樣。前台小姐姐挺熱情，不但提供二份早餐，還為我們免費升級了客房。因為太累，就想在酒店二樓餐廳用晚餐，點了一份台灣沙葱焗魚頭，因為沒什麼人用餐，所以有點擔心魚會不會不新鮮，等了會，服務員用餐車推出了一個很大的砂鍋，熱情地為我們介紹菜品，打開鍋蓋，香氣撲鼻，一個很大花鰱魚頭，魚頭肉香糯滑嫩，非常新鮮可口，完全不輸我們上海的大餐廳。以至於第二天上午去喬家大院後，午飯趕回酒店餐廳繼續用餐，酒店菜單上還有許多如鮑魚、刺身等比較上檔次的菜餚，廚師水平也不錯，感覺這個餐廳如果開在上海，應該會有很多食客，酒香也怕巷子深哈。
