Qesm Sharm Ash Sheikh Hotels with Pools

Because we were two people staying in a twin room, after booking on Ctrip, they charged me an extra 10 USD (about 72 RMB), saying that the price was different for two people and one person, even though the room was the same, but they charged me 10 USD more. In addition, the Wi-Fi signal in the hotel was very poor, and even my own data was not working well.

My other half and I stayed here for 2 weeks in January 2024 and we bloth had a great time. Works were going on to the top swimming pool, but they didn't affect our use or enjoyment of the hotel. It should look great when it's finished. My first mention is Ahmed the chef in the main restaurant. He was fantastic. I am a vegetarian who doesn't eat tomato. On many nights Ahmed would cook me a special pasta with all the things I love in it. There were also many nights when I could easily eat off the the buffet. If there was anything I wanted, I just had to ask. Ahmed also cooked up some wonderful meals for my boyfriend. I loved the chocolate fountain and there was always a supply of lovely strawberries and bananas to dip in it. My next mention is to another Ahmed who served in the restaurant. A very lovely man who helped to make our holiday special and was always on hand to help with anything. We rarely had to ask for another drink. The swimming pool attendants were also always willing to help with anything, and the staff behind the downstairs bar were always friendly and helpful. We hardly used the upstairs bar. There was always nightly entertainment, almost all of which was good/excellent. One night was not the usual standard, but it gave us a good laugh. Our room was a good standard and was always kept clean and well stocked. There are lots of steps, which is not surprising when a hotel is built into a cliff, but there was a regular cart going around the resort transporting people and you could phone for one as well. I am a diver and spent many days diving with Dive Inn. The reef just off the beach is fantastic with many different types of fish. The dive staff were wonderful and the diving was excellent. I will review them separately. We will definitely go back, and we would say that whilst the resort was excellent, it really was the people who work there who made it such a great holiday.

I sent an email to book a pick-up ten days before the trip. Sharm El Sheikh has no rental, so I can only rely on the hotel to book a car. I had no choice but to ask Ctrip for help, but the dramatic result was that Ctrip couldn't even contact the hotel? I was convinced, thinking that I had to call this hotel as soon as I arrived in Egypt. When I arrived in Cairo, I used an Egyptian card to call the hotel, but no one answered, or it was a wrong call. I was very speechless. I traveled for fifteen days. This is the first time the country has encountered such a situation, and finally received an email confirmation. Then we arrived at Sharm El Sheikh Airport. We couldn’t see the driver who came to pick us up. We waited for 20 minutes. We couldn’t contact the hotel. We had to wait at the airport, speechless.

Meals: Three meals a day, many varieties, but it is still not good for the Chinese ... But eating several all-inclusive hotels in Egypt is not in line with Chinese taste, so bring some instant noodles with chili sauce ... … There are 3 or 4 restaurants in the hotel. There is basically no difference between each meal in the restaurant ... but there are a lot of people in the restaurant. They are often full, but they have meals in 24 hours, and the hotel bar and drinks Drinks from Taiwan, ice cream and everything are free. It is very comfortable to stay inside ~ Room: I forgot to take a picture of the room, but the room is still very good, 4-5 star hotel standard, the brother cleaned up very cleanly, I did n’t want him to come in and cleaned up, so I hung the Do Not Disturb sign, But the cleaning brother will pay attention to when I go out and come back every day, and then come to chat with us to clean up the room, so be prepared to change some money as a tip. The water park of the hotel next door is also very large, and it does not duplicate the water project of this hotel. There are also water roller coasters that are larger than the roller coaster. Because the weather is cold, we usually start playing after noon. The water parks of these two hotels will be played. 2 days Service: The front desk staff's service attitude is average. The entire hotel is very lively. There are a lot of people, mainly Russians. Basically the hotel staff will speak Russian first. Chinese people did n’t have any when we went, so they are Asian faces. It was so prominent that every time the brother who was in the event atmosphere group wanted to bring us to play ... even the staff at the hotel asked why we came here ... Chinese rarely know this place ... except for the staff The front desk brother is average, others are good In summary, the price of 500 is quite good for such an all-inclusive hotel. The water park is especially suitable for bringing children, and should come again in the future, oh yes, Ctrip! Is the cheapest hotel in all platforms! Cheaper than booking and agoda! And customer service is always online, like one! Oh, the hotel does not provide free hotel pick-up. Sham is generally expensive to use a taxi. You cannot use Uber. When you come from the airport, you can bargain to 250 Egyptian pounds. When you return, you can only book a car at the hotel, 18 US dollars or 300 Egyptian pounds ... ...

Attention: It's called Jaz Mirabel Resort, but this consists of Park, Club and Beach. The price was the same whether we booked Club or Beach Standard Room, but with Standard Beach Room you are closer to the sea and can use the adults only area. If you pay the same amount, you don't get access to the adults only area at the Club and you have to walk at least 800 meters to the beach. I think that's a rip-off for the same price, especially since you can't find this out anywhere. In addition, the jetty for snorkeling was only open from 3 or 4 p.m. and closed again at 6 p.m. You book a beach holiday for snorkeling and can go snorkeling for exactly 2 hours a day on the hotel's own reef. Food: Varied, especially lots of desserts. We liked the BBQ area (fish or meat). Drinks took at least 15 minutes and were only served in small glasses with the meal, so we had to keep ordering again. We could sit outside, but the tables were never set and we had to find staff or cutlery first. Bar: The beach bar was a disaster, far too many people (from three hotels) for 1-3 people. No self-service soft drinks and the vending machine at the snack restaurant didn't work. If you go to the beach in the morning you don't even have water until 10:00. In the evening there was only the lobby bar, everything was overcrowded and there were long waits for drinks, even though the hotel was far from fully booked. Unimaginable when you consider that many more guests could come! Drinks, well, okay Snack restaurant: There was one on the beach and one on the opposite side. Both served exactly the same thing. And clearly only junk food (fried food and bread)! What is the logic of two identical snack bars next to each other with the same offer? Why not another grill restaurant or one international and one Egyptian / Arabic / North African? Junk food, no thanks! Room: Everything worked, cleaning was OK, nothing special. After 4 days we changed hotels because it was OK for a short stay but it would have been really boring if we had stayed longer, especially if you were planning on snorkeling and swimming!

From checking in to leaving was brilliant.19 of us travelling as a family. Checking-in we was upgraded to a family suite (was on the top floor 0115) plenty of space. Other family members were also upgraded to a family room (2 bedrooms an a living space) Rooms cleaned every day/clean towels if needed also. Our cleaner was amazing. Restaurant/bar/lifeguards staff in all of the complex was amazing an went above an beyond and nothing ever too much trouble. Food - if you have been to Egypt before then you know what to expect. No it is not English food. But yes always something to eat. Bread/pasta/chips/rice available every day if your that picky and not prepared to try their food. Can't say that we ever went hungry. An the BBQ food available tastes fab too. Entertainment team always smiling and happy. Plenty of activities during the day. Night time was OK, but could be better than it is not just down to animation team. They always work hard and try there best. Your able to book various trips and take a taxi 10 minutes (roughly £3) to main square which has plenty of shops/restaurants. Really lovely place, can see the restaurant been very overcrowded in peak times. Was not able to get late check out due to it being half term (bare this in mind if wanting main season) Would recommend ✨ Lovely hotel

We had an amazing time at il mercato the hotel is stunning and the service provided by the staff was exceptional. Big thank you to the concierge team Omar Ahmed, Mido and ibrahim the excursion guys , Mohammad house keeping and mahmood from the bar for making us feel so welcomed and make our trip safe. Would defo recommend going back

We had our 2nd stay at the Royal Albatros Moderna over the Christmas period and had another lovely holiday. Again the Hotel was spotless and well maintained, and as we found on our first visit last year all staff we came across were polite and very welcoming, we received excellent service again throughout the Hotel. Christmas Eve was done a little different this year where the Gala dinner was in the Marquee with the celebrations - we didn't enjoy it as much this year with the food in the Marquee, by the time we queued for food and got back to our table the food was cold. We flew back New Years Eve therefore we missed the New Years celebrations. I still think it would be nice to have another heated pool (in the sun) in the winter months away from the activity pool for the guests that prefer it a little quieter. Thank you to all members of staff for helping in giving us another enjoyable Holiday, and also to the front desk/reception/check in for your services. We're already looking to return for Christmas/New Year 2025 with our Sons and their Families. A big shout out to the London Family/Friends who were also returning guests from the previous year. WHAT!!😄 a fantastic time we had.Please ignore what negative reviews some people have just go there ''we can't wait to go back'our first time in EGYPT 'and not the last.And especially this hotel and the people that work's there like the cleaners how kind he was.'and all restaurants they can't do enough for you they make you feel so welcome. 'and the manager in the Italian restaurant who would spoil you in the day time with drinks and food the main restaurants is busy but the service there is fantastic Plus the food is really good .and the managers that run all are so nice .sheeran to All and see you next year. The renovated rooms (superior) are excellent. Modern, clean and have all the comforts you could need. The staff are friendly, facilities (multiple pools, slides and beach area) are well kept and the private coral reef is a superb spot to do some snorkeling! Food was slightly varied each day and you can book into one of the three restaurants free of charge (once per restaurant) for an A La Carte meal for dinner. We didn't do this due to time restrictions but looked like a good option to add some variety to buffet meals. Predominantly Russian and Italian clientele but all staff speak English. I thought this resort was great value. Enjoy :)
