AAlabosamudashuThe environment is very beautiful. The room is good. The hotel entertainment facilities are also good. It's just that the restaurant can't be booked. I tried several times in two days and couldn't book it. I can only eat at the big restaurant buffet. I feel that the all-inclusive package is a bit of a loss. However, I only stayed for one night and didn't explore many projects. I have the opportunity to stay longer to experience it.

GGuest UserAn elegant establishment offering a myriad of amenities, White Hills Hotel hosted me during a large-scale event, accommodating numerous guests. Consequently, I acknowledge potential subjectivity in my assessment, given the bustling nature of the occasion. Regrettably, the hotel appeared rather commonplace in the context of Sharm, failing to meet my preconceived expectations.
Service standards, in particular, fell short in comparison to establishments of a lower tier. A discernible lack of order and organization was evident, notably during the check-in and check-out procedures, which seemed marred by temporary capacity challenges.
Despite these shortcomings, a commendable aspect was the amiable and responsive nature of many staff members encountered. Their professionalism in addressing my concerns with empathy was noteworthy.
Contemplating a return stay at White Hills Hotel warrants careful consideration. The observed lapses in service and organization may be contextualized within the framework of the hotel's current capacity constraints, urging a reconsideration when conditions are more favorable

ثثامرA beautiful stay and wonderful treatment from the staff. The breakfast is delicious and varied. The location is in the middle of Naama Bay. All services are close to you. The building is a clean residential hostel, not a hotel or a resort. My stay was enjoyable. The price is reasonable compared to the resorts and hotels around it.

VVladimirI was in this hotel for the first time. In general, I liked everything about this hotel, namely the food, service, and staff. The first hotel in Egypt where they didn't ask me for money at the reception for the ”best room”. Evening entertainment without stress. And everything would have been fine if not for the cleaning in the room. It seems like the room is cleaned at first glance, but you notice that the trash from the bins has not been taken out, the towels have not been replaced, but simply folded and put on the shelf. All this caused indignation and I had to resolve the issue through the hotel administration. Apparently, no one in Egypt will do anything without a tip. I gave my T-shirts to the laundry, they seemed to have washed them, but the stains remained, the collar was not washed. All these little things left an unpleasant impression of a wonderful hotel in Egypt

GGuest UserA very good hotel. The promotional pictures are seriously inconsistent with the actual situation. It is recommended that the business re-shoot the promotional pictures. The actual decoration is very modern and new. There are also several restaurants (two of which are Chinese restaurants. The taste is average and limited. There are not many people and reservations are required. Haha) Overall, it is still very good! A large resort worth staying in! !

AAbdoswissotel is a very nice and enjoyable resort to stay in the middle level. The resort offers all-inclusive services including meals, parties and internal transfers throughout the day (semi-regular). There is an activity for children suitable for all ages. There are indoor swimming pools for all activities and also water games of a reasonable level that need maintenance and development. There is a means of transportation to the resort's private beach and also barbecue parties near the sea and internal parties daily. The quality of the food is high and the service is very high. The reception workers are respectful and very friendly. The quality of the rooms is not befitting the resort and needs to be developed significantly. The room services are good and the workers are good. There is a negative point and unfortunately it is repeated and I hope it will be solved, which is the delay of the golf cart for internal transfers for long periods even by calling the reception several times. I hope in particular that it will be solved because it is very important in emergency cases and for people with chronic diseases and the elderly. Thank you for your services

The resort was beautiful, the service was great, and the food consistently excellent. The room was clean, and the resort itself was fine. Whether lounging by the pool or exploring the beach, everything felt curated and wonderfully maintained.
Special thanks to Mr. Atif , the restaurant manager, whose attention to detail and genuine hospitality truly elevated the dining experience.
Also, a big appreciation to Mr. Arafah, the talented pie master for his freshly baked pies were a highlight of each day!
Highl recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sharm El Sheikh. Looking forward to returning soon!

GGuest UserThe hotel service is very good, and the facilities are well maintained, especially the children's playground, which is very new. The lifeguard is very responsible and pays attention to every child, which makes people feel at ease. All the waiters are also very proactive. Fathalla cleans very cleanly and keeps the guest rooms very clean every day. This hotel is highly recommended and is a good choice for vacation.
Our room type includes three meals. We go to the buffet every day. I am very happy that I don’t have to worry about ordering. The hotel also has a shuttle bus to and from the hotel. If you don’t want to walk, you can take a bus.

EEvgeny_skyThanks to the Aurora Oriental team for the warm atmosphere. Thanks to the animation team for the wonderful mood and attention. The hotel is worth its money, it is windy in January, but the Aurora gardens are impeccable, and the service is at a high level. The food is delicious, I especially liked the croissants :) Beef, fish, poultry every meal, once in 4 days we got shrimp for dinner, delicious. A la carte is mediocre, but the service is excellent, they try!
