Charmillion Club Aquapark

Great hotel with lovely staff. The animation team were really helpful and friendly, especially Megan. Really made our holiday fun by getting us involved with the foam party's. Also took us out to the nightclub which we had an amazing time at. Can't recommend enough!!

I went as a break from the Scottish weather,and it was so worthwhile. The resort was beautiful and the rooms were well kept. The pools were amazing and no lack of space or beds. What really made the holiday though was the animation team, so happy and full of energy. You could be as active or lazy as you wanted. A big shout out to Megan, who took us on a trip to Hardrock for Karaoke, which is also kid friendly,whilst not stopping adults from enjoying it. The staff were all friendly in the restaurants and bars. I would recommend this hotel for families or couples alike.

We have recently returned from this hotel. We had a really lovely week with 2 children (8&4) The swimming pools are amazing. My kids had a blast. They met other lovely kids there too. We went on the ‘lazy’ river. It was fun but you had to paddle the whole way (and some of us had to get a little help from the lifeguard at the end lol) so not lazy. The lifeguards at the hotel are amazing. Simply amazing. They are so kind and fun with the kids. My daughter especially loved them! A big shout out to all the lifeguards working there! The main restaurant has the most amazing, thoughtful and hardworking staff. All of them. The chef’s are so kind and fun too! My son and daughter really enjoyed chatting to all of the staff and we are so grateful to all they did and how hard they work. But man is that a busy noisy restaurant. Some guests are in there behaving like it’s the hunger games. It’s a shame as that is outside of the hotel’s control! Bar staff were amazing- always smiling, willing to help and working hard. Our cleaner in room 724 (B7) was outstanding. The room was spotless. He made sculptures with the towels and bits for the kids which they loved. Thank you for looking after us! Simple to go from the club hotel to the one on the beach via shuttle which runs regularly. The food in the Italian Restaurant was delicious and it was lovely and quiet in there. We didn’t make it to the other Al La carte restaurant. I would absolutely go back to this hotel and would recommend it to families with similar age kids. The hotel had a random foam party at the water park slide pool. On a Wednesday night and it started at 22:00. It was LOUD and a bit late for our neurodiverse kids. It was hard to sleep through as I think all rooms would have been affected. The music is really loud at the pool too. Turning it down just a little would have made a big difference for me! The reception staff were obnoxious. You would ask a question and they would tell you to come back, then you go back and are told something totally different and sent on to someone else. It let the hotel down. But only little tweaks need. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay so lovely.

The hotel has a great animation team! Everything is thought out and well thought out!! I liked the location by the sea! There are cool slides for children right on the territory of this hotel. And in general, everything is super!!!!!!!!!!!!

Charmillion was a wonderful place to stay ! A very special thank you Khadija for looking after our son at the children club while we spent 10 nights at the charmillion hotel . Our son also loved the night entertainment and we appreciate how you got involved with all the children.
