I really liked the hotel🩵 we lived in the first building with a terrace and access to the pool 16+ perfect place! Everything is beautiful, aesthetics, lots of greenery. The food is great! The sea is cool in March, we won't go there again this month. The reef is alive. I didn't say it was wow, but you can watch it 🐡🐟🐠
We didn't go to the animation, but they do aqua aerobics, yoga, games. On Mondays at 11:30 foam party on the beach, awesome! 👍🏻
On Sunday and Thursday, we go to White Hills for the carnival! Very cool artists perform 🥰 but on Sunday it's more pompous and food/drinks are included. In general, the hotel justifies its star rating! We are happy with our vacation🙌🏻❤️

Excellent hotel. Location, decent food. Seafood was available for lunch every day. I recommend it for families with children. There is a water park, heated pools! We stayed at this hotel several times. There is no animation as such, well, maybe this is a minus for some. We were not bored because we were with friends!

קבלת חדרים ב chiek in מבולגן לא מסודר ..
עמוס ואין מקבלי החלטות בדלפק קבלה .. מלא אורחים ממיתינים לפחות 4 שעות לקבלת חדרים לא מוכנים
אין מעליות בבית מלון ... לא נגיש למשפחה עם עגלת תינוק .. אין מעליות ומעברים לא נגישים .. הרבה מדרגות בכל מקום לא נגיש בכלל .. מעצבן .. מרגיש מוגבל .. נגישות אפס.
שירות שאטל על הפנים .. ירדנו לאיזור הים מרוחק בהליכה ולא הצלחנו לחזור לדלפק קבלה .. אין שאטלים מתאימים לעגלת תינוק ולא נגיש בכלל מעצבן רצח .. כל השאטלים מלאים תפוסים ואין מקום ומגיע פעם ב 15 דקות וצריך להמתין לפחות שעה שמגיע שאטל פנוי לאסוף אותכם לחדר אוכל

The worst check-in service I have ever encountered in Egypt!! The worst of all the garbage! We booked an all-inclusive for 2 people, but the hotel's own backend problem caused them to think that we only booked for 1 person. The ridiculous thing is that I specially sent an email to the hotel official before the trip to confirm whether our all-inclusive order for 2 people was valid, and the hotel replied to me in the affirmative.
We explained and showed all the relevant vouchers, and even used Google Translate to show him, but the front desk looked contemptuous and ignored all the vouchers we showed, saying that it had nothing to do with him and asked us to ask the booking platform ourselves, and was still humming a song, with a rogue look on his face, impatient and fierce. My friend was very angry and asked what would you do if you found out that you were wrong?
