The hotel is not worth its stars. The service is simply no good, when we asked to provide water for the child, the answer was, for an additional fee. Food, cleanliness, everything is 2 stars maximum

Все неплохо, анимация у бассейна прикольная. Питание нормальное, на территории пятерки интереснее, пиво и коктейли нормальные, море классное, посмотрели рыбок. У бассейна проходит анимация в виде конкурсов, йога, танцы в бассейне.

I just wanted to come back and say a massive thank you to Panoo for making our holiday! Was a bit worried to come to Egypt but he made us feel so comfortable and welcome, always had a big smile on his face and truly made our holiday amazing! اسوء فندق ذهبت اليه فى حياتى ولا يمكن تكرارها مرة اخرى فى هذا الفندق الخدمات فى الفندق بالكامل وحشه جدا من بداية الإقامة بعد استلام الغرفة اكتشفت عدم تسليمنا الشنط الخاصة بنا وبعد الرجوع إلى إدارة الفندق تم اكتشاف ان الشنط الخاصة بنا تم استبدالها وتسليمها الى اشخاص مغادرين من الفندق للقاهرة وتم التواصل لاسترداد الشنط وتم ذلك بعد ضياع يوم كامل من الاقامة خدمة الغرف غير موجودة أساساً .. الفوط الموجودة فى الغرف لم يتم تغييرها طول فترة الإقامة . أيضاً لا يوجد شاور جل بالغرف بالنسبة للأكل لا يتم الاهتمام بالنظافة وايضا لا يوجد غير مطعم واحد فقط متاح لكل نزلاء الفندق لكل الوجبات وهذا ادى الى تكدس غير طبيعي على المطعم ولا يوجد نظام علما بأن الفندق به مطاعم اخرى ولكن مغلقة بتعليمات من ادارة الفندق بدون ابداء اسباب مدة الاقامة كانت من يوم 31/8/2024 حتى 5/9/2024 للأسف كانت اسوء اجازة بسبب فندق لا يستحق الا 2 نجمة فقط وليس 4 نجوم لا انصح احد الذهاب لهذا الفندق
