I recently stayed at this Hotel for 3 weeks ( Superior Room All inclusive! Here is a breakdown of my stay: check-in 45 min, first in line, last to get a room( left over room), the furniture looked worn out and outdated and the bathroom was even worse, cracked tiles…it was clear that this room hadn’t been properly cleaned or maintained. This room was in the back of the Resort and about 10 min walk to the Beach. The Beach was beautiful, but Bar staff were unfriendly and slow, and basic drinks like Cola Zero/ Pepsi Max options avaliable! The dining restaurant there were birds eating at the tables and around the food preparation area on the terrace. The staff did not seem to take any action to manage this, which raised hygiene concerns, see pictures! At the Beach, I witnessed a troubling situation where Bedouin children were trying to sell items. Insted of adressing it respectfully, hotel staff threw stones at them to chase them away! The ****** advertised as part of the hotel was actually closed permanently.

The resort is beautiful, but the Arabs are given the old rooms and the foreigners the new ones, and it is not close to the pool.

The hotel is exactly a price-performance hotel, you shouldn't keep your expectations high. The rooms feel old and not clean, there is only 1 heated pool in the hotel, the animation team is successful, the food is average, the same food is served all the time.

The hotel location was very far from all the entertainment places like nema bay and the old market
It was not clean always find small cockroaches in my room
At night the smell outside is awful sometimes we couldn’t sleep because of it

Отель очень отличается что на фото и в реальности. Номер в котором я проживал старый, мебель старая и шкафы сломаны. Бельё в кровати не совсем чистое. Обслуживающий персонал в основном доброжелательный, но работники ресепшен не особо доброжелательны, сложиллось такое впечатление что я со своими вопросами их беспокоил и тревожил. Огромный минус в том, что отель на берегу моря но в море я не купался ни разу так как уровень воды ниже колена. На берегу ходят верблюды и их заводили в море тоже, где игрались дети в воде. Отель очень шумный, если в плане ехать и наслаждаться тишиной то этот отель не подходит. Много детей и дети постоянно кричат, бегают. Еда в отеле на завтрак однообразная, на обед и ужин блюда иногда менялись. Очень редко предлагали гостям арбуз, посуда грязная и заляпанная. В кофемашине часто идёт просто вода без кофе. Ещё нечеловечное отношеение отеля к гостям, которые должны выселяться в 12.00 и до трансферв ждать 5 часов или более, то снимали браслеты и это означало то, что ни на обед нельзя пойти ни около бассейна полежать и пользоваться охлождающими напитками. Первый раз с таким встречаюсь, обычно другие отели до трансфера оставляют браслеты. Хотел даже за деньги продлить номер чтобы спокойно ждать трансфера и сходить покушать, но на это работники отеля ответили, что нет так мы не делаем. В цену пакета входило одно посещение ресторана при предварительной записи, но записаться было невозможно, так как постоянно всё было занято. В описании отеля есть информация о фитнесс зале, я предварительно взял с собой спортивную одежду чтобы посещать зал, но зал был закрыт. По телевизору смотреть практичесски нечего, одни местные каналы. Этот отель я не рекамендую вообще, даже если вы хотите бюджетно отдохнуть. В Египет я вернусь ещё, но в этот отель больше никогда.
