We have spent a brilliant and relaxing holiday at Royal Monte Carlo Sharm. Excellent check-in experience, they served welcome drinks while reception staff checked us in. We have chosen this hotel to celebrate my upcoming birthday and decided not to tell the hotel staff. On my birthday it was a great surprise to return to a room decorated beautifully and with a birthday cake waiting for me. All the staff friendly and extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The room was spacious and clean and having nicely folded towels and flowers on the bed was a nice touch. We enjoyed the food very much, compliments to the chefs. Special mention to the chef who was serving at grill in the restaurant, always with a big smile and ready for a joke. Also, many thanks to the chef who made the most amazing Egyptian pizza we have ever had. The beach is absolutely fantastic and the sea is perfect for snorkeling. We would definitely come back to this lovely place.

Только вернулись с отдыха из этого отеля.Понравилось всееееее,начиная с ресепшена-дружелюбные и внимательные все без исключения..Спасибо,все вопросы решались моментально.-дружелюбные и внимательные все без исключения.Номер был с видом на бассейн-255,не шумно,все устроило,не новейшие,но и не раздолбанные,убирался Ахмед-хорошо,всегда спросит,все ли хорошо,всегда чисто и все дополнено.Пляжные полотенца менял каждый вечер.Море теплое,заход через деревянный понтон,на понтоне всегда спасатель,жилеты,маски,трубки,очки-кто не успел купить индивидуальные.Коралл красивый.Кто плавать не умеет,то можно и в бассейн-есть с подогревом и не глубокий.Детей много,но не надоедают.Плохо,что нет детской анимации.КУхня тоже старается.мы были 12 дней-рыба каждый день,курица в разном исполнении,кому не нравится говядина-правда она жестковатая.утка,баранина.два раза в неделю королевские креветки,крабы.Ребята,кто не оценил-вы зажрались.Всегда можно чем то себя побаловать.Но на ультра не тянет ,так как алкоголь местный,а остальное просто шикардосно.Завтраки однообразные - да и дома у вас они такие же.Яйца в любом виде,блинчики,вафли.фалафель,фрукты,овощи,сыры,колбаса,правда колбасу мы не ели и сосиски,нам они не понравились,соусы и наполнители всякие,гамбургеры,что вы еще хотите,все все есть.Между пляжем и бассейнами в баре картофель фри,бургеры,фрукты,чай,кофе,мороженое каждый день с утра до вечера.Манго маркет недалеко,можно вечерком прогуляться.Если с номером на сад не охота ходить каждый день на пляж,то можно вызвать гольфкар.Также с чемоданом при отъезде ,чтобы не тащиться,то можно опять же вызвать гольфкар и довезут прямо до автобуса.

We have had an amazing 10 days at the Royal Monte Carlo in SHARM. From the time we arrived in reception the service has been phenomenal. We were welcomed with drinks and snacks while we waited to be checked in. On our second day we opted to upgrade to the Royal package, well worth the extra cost. Rooms were spacious, clean with a well stocked mini bar, fresh fruit and snacks replenished each day. The view was spectacular down onto the Royal beach overlooking the sea. Various dining options available from the ala carte restaurants, grills, bars and buffets, we particularly enjoyed the Italian and Teppanyaki. The staff were very attentive and exceeded our expectations, nothing was too much and we were treated like VIPs. All the staff were amazing, very friendly and polite, from the gardeners to the management, three of the staff really stood out and made our stay exceptional. Ahmed, the Royal manager - was always available, ensuring we had everything to make our stay enjoyable, from drinks and snacks throughout the day on the Royal Beach to making sure the Royal lounge ran smoothly. He was always working and never stopped, management skills were impeccable, thank you Ahmed. Hemina, the Chef! - what can we say…. Fantastic! Every day in the Royal lounge, breakfast and lunch, omelettes to fresh seafood, cooked to perfection. Evenings in the ala carte restaurants, our favourite was the Teppanyaki ‘show’ which we visited several nights. Thank you Hemina. Hesham, Royal longe - Always a smile and warm welcome, one of the most attentive staff we had the pleasure of meeting. Hesham couldn’t do enough and was always looking for ways to make your holiday more enjoyable. We always looked forward to seeing Hesham for our pre and after dinner drinks he was just so warm and welcoming. Thank you Hesham. Sayed our room boy, always there with towels and keeping our room clean and fresh. Mahmoud in reception, always professional and organised, service with a smile. All the staff were a pleasure to interact with and we couldn’t have wished for more. The Doctor (Emes Attia) was very professional, courteous and friendly, even following up treatment with messages to see if there was anything more he could do. Thank you doctor. The MONTE CARLO are so fortuitous to have such amazing staff. We snorkelled everyday, early morning was the best as the sea was calmest, diving was another amazing experience, enhanced by Mr Fox who took his time with (Lisa) inexperienced diver 👍👌 on her first dive. We also did a boat trip organised by Zakie.We snorkelled 3 different reefs and saw lots of dolphins. Highly recommend this trip. One good tip is to use OFF mosquito repellent definitely works. We would highly recommend the Royal Monte Carlo as a destination hotel if you are planning a holiday to Egypt ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very nice placement . Food was good , maybe not excellent . If u likes thé sea , diving and the sun u must come here . It’s also Good place for family with kids. We had Nice training in the gym with Julia and relax massage later . Nothing to add . I’ll be back the next year.

Отдыхали в начале ноября, большая территория, два понтона стационарный и пластик, риф на троечку,номера старенькие,большой выбор еды (по египетски), несколько видов мяса и рыбы ,голодными не останьтесь,мороженое,попкорн,сладкая вата . Отличный персонал на всех позициях. Огромный минус отсутствие свободных лежаков, но персонал старается по первому зову приносят лежак без проблем. Можно посетить еще раз.

Отдыхали в этом отеле с 9-18 ноября.Был ранний заезд,быстро урегулировали раннее заселение,за спасибо в виде $$$$.Номер в первом корпусе 409,в шаговой доступности главное здание с главным рестораном и магазинчиками,в полу шаге сзади аквапарк с бассейном,интересной Медленной рекой,тремя горками для детей две,одна для взрослых,тут же бильярдный и теннисный столы,буфет для перекуса,световые фонтанчики по вечерам,Отель это какой то Изумрудный город,много зелени,на которой приятно отдыхает глаз.Трава подстрижена не хуже чем на Гольф полях.Не понимаю людей которые пишут о питании,,голодным не останетесь,,отличные разнообразные завтраки,обед и ужин на высшем уровне,много гриль мяса,сразу предлогали: баранина,рыба индейка,или рулет куринный, говядина, курица...,это на ужин в углу где ёмкости с супами.Подача интересная,повар нарезает порцию мяса и красиво покрывает рисунками соуса мясо и тарелку,все все делают с улыбкой.Два раза были креветки крабы,кальмар,просто море выпечки причем она на второй день не повторяется,фреши по утрам ,,манго,клубника,гуава,или микс,просто супер качественный.Фрукты по сезону ,спелые,алкоголь пиво на любителя,вино тоже.Не буду больше перечислять,лучше приехать и самим все попробовать,всегда быстро с улыбкой работают уборщики посуды,метродатель в зале всегда поможет найти свободный столик.На территории несколько мест для перекуса ,два раза брали бургеры на интересно серверованном длинном подносе,после них так и не пошли на обед,хватило до ужина Море сказка,но бегут занимать лежаки уже с 6 часов,в 10 часов найти лежак у моря не реально,в лучшем случае у бассейна,их несколько разной глубины и мелкий детский.В кафе возле бассейнов нарезали манго в обед,отвели душу,здесь же и туалет ,за кафе два спуска вниз.Аниматоры не дают скучать в течении всего дня,вечером тоже,всевозможные шоу,даже файершоу случалось.Море великолепное по тишине,цвету,глубине,морскому миру.С погодой повезло.На пирсе можно брать без платно,плавательные жилеты и маски,в отеле есть дайвинг центр, но хватает и просто маски ,чтоб насладиться подводным миром .Ночью красивая подсветка у пирса,можно наблюдать за рыбами как днём .Все без исключения сотрудники отеля заточены на то ,чтоб сделать наш отдых достаточно комфортным,вот только во время уборки иногда забывали ложить мыло и туалетную бумагу.Купил в Старом городе несколько цитрусовых деревьев,так на входе в отель остановили,подождать сказали и отвезли в номер на гольфкаре вместе с деревцами. Все для постояльцев делается.Отель уже готовиться к встрече Нового 2025 г.Интернет бесплатный,в номере и пляже,все дни работал без сбоя и быстро.Отель хороший ,можно возвращается,но был один минус,,очень жёсткие подушки и тяжеленное одеяло,,Удачи Вам и процветания,надеюсь и дальше Вы будете радовать своих постояльцев качественным сервисом.

Just returned from 10 days holiday at this wonderful hotel, made even better by the incredible staff there. The staff are professional, friendly, helpful and polite wherever you go. I’m going to mention a few negatives first, there were just a few - Lots of mosquitos and biting insects, don’t think the hotel was doing enough to control them. I react badly to bites and these were particularly bad and I ended up seeing the doctor for quite a few days. The rooms are ok but a bit dated and require a bit of a refurbishment. Some of the beds on the royal beach have no wheels and were heavy to move and also beds seem to be being taken off the royal beach for other places, there were only 5 beds left on one part of the beach on one day and I did see people going to royal lounge to ask for sun loungers to be sorted out for them. Evening entertainment was not good. We missed Michael from last year, who seemed to deal in guest relations and came to check us every day to have a chat and see if we had any issues. There doesn’t seem to be a replacement and I think this was an important role. On the positive, of which there are many We upgraded to royal and were glad we did, we enjoyed breakfast and lunch in the royal lounge and all the various a la carte restaurants we visited. We especially enjoyed the teriyaki, the Italian and the Chinese. We liked the seclusion of the royal beach. Great snorkelling off the jetty. Gardens kept absolutely beautiful by the hard working gardeners. Rooms cleaned well, mini bar stacked, beach towels replaced every day. We visited the old market (about 10 euros return in a taxi) we enjoyed our time there and we visited Soho square (about 20 euros return in a taxi) and we enjoyed our visit there too. There are quite a few staff who deserve special mention and thank yous from us - Hermina - chef at royal lounge & teriyaki - 5 star chef - very professional and hardworking - looked after us every day Ahmed - royal lounge - very professional and hardworking - looked after us every day Hesham - royal lounge - new member of staff since we were there last year - absolutely brilliant service, very professional and hard working - looked after us every day. We have a new friend. Ayman - waves bar & grill - fantastic guy, hardworking and always helpful Hany - sky bar - always the best service and always with a smile and a joke 😊 Sayed - our lovely housekeeper who worked really hard and kept our room sparkling Waled - waiter at the main restaurant The room service man - I’m sorry I didn’t get his name - he kept our mini bar topped up well and even sorted out a birthday cake when he found out it was my husband’s birthday - thank you. These people made our holiday and are the jewels in the crown of the hotel. Thank you for a wonderful holiday. 😊

This was my 2. stay at my new 'home away from home' - and we all agreed that we are coming back again and again. From the moment we arrived at the lobby, we were taken very good care of and welcomed in the best way possible. Our rooms was great, nice facilities and very good beds. Hotel facilities are great as well - nothing at all to complain about - except the volume level of BOOM BOOM music from the pool area which was VERY loud - also at the beach. When the music was turned on there was no chance of sleep or just listen to the sea. BUT this is also the only annoying thing. The MOST important asset of any hotel is the staff... At Monte Carlo they are all very very nice people, very welcoming, smiling and serviceminded. They all did their best to make our stay wonderful. The staff was simply AMAZING ! I wish I could give 100 starts to the staff! I havn't met the managing director Mr. Hesham yet. But I have been told from others, that he is always ready to help and assist with anything. I could see that he is managing the hotel very well for sure and that he know how important his staff is. Well done to Mr. Hesham ! So dear Monte Carlo Sharm... cant wait to see you all again in the spring :)
