We just arrived home from what was an amazing holiday This hotel is fabulous from the moment we arrived we were made to feel at ease. The room was lovely very large bathroom and patio with pool view The staff at this hotel are absolutely wonderful and I would like to thank them all. Far too many to name with the exception of Shady The restaurant manager he made sure that our every need was met and which ever restaurant we went to he came along to see if we were satisfied which we always were The staff at this hotel work so hard and we found not always fully appreciated by some. The snorkeling was great and it was nice so many snorkels available The only downside for us was the extremely loud music playing all day around the pools and beach area However that to us is very minor and should never deter anyone visiting this wonderful Hotel The grounds are outstanding as are all the areas of the hotel Thank you for a memorable stay

Starting with the good: The hotel and grounds are really well maintained especially the gardens which were absolutely beautiful. The solar panels on the roof were unobtrusive but a great idea. The terrace bar team lead by Hany were fantastic and helped make our holiday. Yaseen has a great sense of humour!! Ask Hany to make you one of his off menu cocktails and you won't be disappointed. The room was very good and the water pressure in the shower is worth a special mention. The New Year's Eve gala was very good if a little loud at times. The buffet was off the scale! The three bottles of spirits on every table meant you were never waiting for a drink. The Chinese and Indian a la carte restaurants were excellent. The pool area was well maintained and the heated pool was a pleasure. The Waves bar served great fast food options. The snorkeling off the jetty was great. Plenty of masks were available if you hadn't got your own. The taxi service offered by the hotel was great. We had arranged a return time but wanted to come back earlier. They not only arranged this but sent us a photo of the car picking us up so we could find it easily at the pick up point. The only criticism we had was that the menu in the main restaurant was a little repetitive. The food was excellent but the same dishes appeared several times during our stay and the same could be said for the entertainment by the pool. The same songs were played on a loop and it could get very loud (and distorted) sometimes. All in all we had a great holiday and thoroughly enjoyed our first Christmas and New Year in the sun.

Отдыхали в отеле в середине декабря. В отель приехали к обеду, приветственный коктейль, влажные полотенчики, сразу пригласили на обед, и после обеда заселение. Номер просторный, все чистенько, все принадлежности (зубные щетки, паста, шампуни…)имеются, при использовании дополняются. Полотенца меняли каждый день, как и пляжные. Пляж понравился, лежаки друг от друга расположены далеко, да и в наше прибывание народу в отеле было мало, комфортно было. Бич бои всегда помогали расстилать полотенца, пока уходили плавать, делали сердечки из полотенец, даже букеты цветов ставили на столик около лежаков, было приятно. Спасатели на пляже также молодцы, маску всегда проверяли, хорошо ли одели, следили за купающими, при нас даже одного спасли, не рассчитал свои силы, подводное течение уносит, тяжело обратно плыть. По пляжу из недостатков- нет переодевалок, хотя место позводяет,где б их можно было поставить, душ только около бассейна, далеко о пляжа. Рыбки есть, красиво плавать. Видели один раз мурену и дельфинчика небольшого вдалеке. По питанию- на твердую 4. Голодными не будете, но и выбора большого нет.Самый лучший был завтрак- яичница на сливочном масле по просьбе, йогурт, круассанчики с кофе, и сок манго не разбавленный, сразу же приносил официант ,как только приходили мы. Когда шли на пляж, брали с собой сок, был уже более жидкий. На обед и ужин рыба, курица ,рис, макароны, суп, пару раз были креветки. Много фруктов, по приезду дня 4 был инжир, затем финики, хурма, виноград ,один раз давали клубнику в снек баре. Самые вкусные на ужин были лепешки с сыром, как они их называли- хачапури. Первый раз столкнулись ,когда в отеле отдыхало много узбеков. Многие большими семьями, много маленьких детей, которые неконтролируемо бегали по ресторану с криками, а родители не обращали на это внимания, многие общались весь ужин во видеосвязи с родственниками очень громко, немного некомфортно от этого было. Территория зеленая, чистенькая, садовникам большое спасибо, всеми днями что то стригут, убирают, молодцы! Хороший спортзал. Есть тренер, все подскажет, если нужна помощь. На анимацию не ходили, но аниматоры всегда ходили, приглашали на мероприятия. Вечером один раз была дискотека с ростовыми фигурами, но музыка клубная, неподходящая для дискотек, хотелось бы более подходящую и днем более спокойную .Вечерние шоу- стандартные мисс, миссис отель, файер шоу, танец с юбкой. Во- общем, отдыхом остались довольны. Вернулись бы мы в отель – да, в несезон, когда у отеля неполная заполняемость и за приемлемую стоимость. Тур нам обошелся на 10 ночей за 170тыс. Будут вопросы, спрашивайте, ответим с удовольствием.

Встретили Новый Год в этом отеле и остались ооочень довольные. Нам понравилось всё: огромная территория, которая утопает в зелени, бугенвиллии на всей территории - это просто рай! номера огромные, все с террасами. Шикарный пляж - заходишь в воду и сразу риф, рыбок куча. Очень понравилось обслуживание, спасатели у детского бассейна смотрят за детьми лучше, чем сами родители) Ребята на ресепшене выполняют все просьбы по одному звонку, официанты, горничные - все улыбчивые, отзывчивые, все очень приятные. Мы обязательно вернемся вновь!

I recently stayed at the Monte Carlo Sharm El Sheikh and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel boasts a vast green area, which is well-maintained and adds to the relaxing ambiance of the property. I had opted for the All-Inclusive package, which had its pros and cons. On the positive side, the food served during breakfast, lunch, and dinner was quite good, with a decent variety and quality. However, the downside was the beverages. The All-Inclusive package only covers local alcohol, which I found to be of poor quality. For imported alcohol, you’ll need to pay extra. Another downside was the hookah offered at the hotel, which was, unfortunately, the worst I have ever tried. In summary, the Monte Carlo Sharm El Sheikh is a good choice if you prioritize a beautiful environment and decent food. Rating: 7/10

Dear Monte Carlo team! I’m very sorry to write quite bad review, but I can’t lie. I was reading so many good reviews from here before my trip and I’m a little disappointed in the previous feedback writers. I think they are not honest in their feedbacks. I have two previous experiences in Hurghada hotels: Sunrise Aqua Joy Resort and Seagull resort. I have to be honest. Previous experiences in Hurghada hotels are many times better than Monte Carlo in Sharm el Sheikh. Most of the pools in Monte Carlo hotel are cold, you can't use the water slides because the water is icy. Animation team is not kind to children, sometimes it seems to me that my children are not welcome here. Evening animation is only by the animation team and a bit boring. Animation team members are NOT full of energy, as they should be. It seems like they are doing all this by force. A woman with curly hair who works in the playroom (also part of the animation team) doesn't know how to make contact with the children. Instead of explaining the situation to the children, she rips things out of their hands and puts them back. Um… Very nice 🤦♀️. I have to say my kids are very shy. And UAI is NOT UAI! This is just AI. We paid unusually much for the trip, therefore expectations were high. In the hotel area there is no elevators, so you can walk and walk and walk… And there are many stairs to walk and walk and walk. So if you have problems with your knees or you have babystroller, so this may be very big problem to you. Of course there are good things too. Hotel team is mostly kind and helpful, especially the pancake maker in the morning buffet. He is very friendly with our kids. Unfortunately I can't say his name, but it sounded similar to Carlo. The hotel area is large, beautiful, and mostly well-maintained. So if you love walking or jogging or something, you would like to make it here.

We were staying -two families with five kids- in the hotel in October 2024. And had very bad experience - the hotel deserves maybe 2-3 stars as it is old, unloved and not clean. Food was avarage quality, buffet area and rooms had disgusting smell of oldness. Restaurants - workers are not interested to make them cozy and comfortable, food was avarage. The pool which should be warm, was cold five days of seven. So kids did not to use it. The worst - three adults of four and kids had bad stomach pain and diarrhea after two days of staying in the hotel. We think it was from ice used in cocktails or pool water. What was really beautiful is territory of the hotel - very green, with a lot of beautiful trees.
