В Египте наверное уже раз 15-й и есть с чем сравнивать. Это один из лучших отелей где мы были. Очень ухоженная зелёная территория. Шикарный риф, где можно увидеть намного больше, чем в заповеднике. Прекрасная и разнообразная еда. И конечно же очень внимательный персонал. Помогают всегда и везде. Спасибо за отличный отдых!!!!

Wonderful place very beautiful, comfort i was with hole family 11 person adutls and children me second time here i will be a third time and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Reception was ready every time u need something. Every time i when to visis an attraction the reception wqs very good hi find us for all family taksi than sent us to location and we we needing we come and take us to the hotel , i even make friends with the guys especially with the taksi guy Mohamed hi escorted us every time we when out and waited for us at dhe gate when me come back.

Posto meraviglioso..curato nei minimi dettagli..personale educato, cortese e professionale. La camera è davvero molto spaziosa e la pulizia e ad altissimi livelli. L'accesso al mare è davvero particolare con personale di controllo tutto il tempo. Le piscine sono molto belle..pulite..con tantissimi ombrelloni e zone ombreggiate. La cucina molto varia e curata. Sicuramente questa è una struttura rigrequenterei. Veramente soddisfatta.

Resort is really big and very nice but the food in the restaurant is really bad. Staffs are also really bad when you don’t give to their some money they don’t do nothing. Room was really nice and clear. Animation team were boring. There were a lot of Russians in the hotel who were rude to the staff and other guests.

Отель рекомендую! Территория очень зеленая и ухоженая- садовникам респект! Прилетели ночью. Заселили без доплат в номер у моря , хотя были оплачены делюксы в саду. Покормили. Номера были отеля royal - удобное расположение и просторные. Всего достаточно. Халаты, тапочки, приветственные чипсы и напитки в мини баре ( обновляется по запросу вроде дважды, но мы не обновляли). Очень удобно наличие и душа и ванной. Риф красивый- много разных рыбок( каждый день появлялись новые) даже на дайвинге риф был хуже, чем в отеле. Лежаки свободные можно было всегда найти. Питание вполне себе хорошее для Египта. Не потолстели зато)) Изысков не было, но говядина, курица и рыба были всегда. 2 раза в неделю были креветки и крабы. Сладости -на любителя. Мне не зашли. Фреш по утрам отличный- несколько видов- клубничный и манго- мои фавориты! Анимация такая себе. Аквааэробика никакая. Зумба еще более менее. Но есть спортзал вроде неплохой( обязательно наличие кроссовок- поэтому я не воспользовалась) Сходили в китайский а ля карт( бронь свободно в день посещения)- поели нормально. В другие не ходили. А сауну тоже не дошли. От библиоглобус брали дайвинг. Специально взяли от туроператора, потому что дети погружались впервые. Не понравилась экскурсия. В прошлые разы ездили не от туроператора - и было лучше: и экскурс и рифы.

Hotel is very nice , staff friendly, last 5 years we was in Turkey all 5 star hotels , but this is much better from all of them . We feel like we are special guests here . Food good and Taxi company in hotel , person Muhamed made all over trips so safe and with good sevices , cars and drivers was profesional. Thank You for makeing over hollidays so Good 😊😊😊😊

Отдихаю шас сдес.Отель очень нравитса суперскии .Територия большая и шикарная,персонал очень порядочнии,вежливии и скромнии.Зелёная територия класнеишая.Большои отель,полнии и нигде почти нет очериди спокоининько ходиш ,отдихаеш.Саветую этот отель.

Beautiful hotel & resort. Salubrious with an exceptional welcome. Immaculate pools & beach with the most spectacular outlook & vista. Fantastic & elegant well-maintained grounds. Clean & spacious rooms with well stocked mini-fridge & snacks with daily replenishing of water. Attentive staff right through from the bell hops n' cleaning staff to the serving & bar staff & management teams. Special shout-outs to: Muhammed (Waves Bar & Chinese Speciality restaurant), Omar (Dive school representative), Yaseem (Sky Bar Manager) - a constant presence - who worked so very, very hard (he never seemed to have any time off) & served the most delicious cocktails, Mohammed (Room cleaning staff) whom everyday ensured we had beautifully clean rooms (157/159), Waheed (El Cafe main restaurant Manager) who made certain we were looked after every day without fail. Superb ultra-all inclusive package. The only thing we found lacking was evening entertainment. Plenty available for young children but there was nothing much suitable & appropriate for adults & teenagers. Activities & schedule for teenagers were non-existent. Some of the pool life-guards are also a little unnecessarily "whistle happy"........ one in particular seems to have it permanently in his mouth & used it nonsensically. It's alarming & gives the impression more of a prison warden than life-guard as he patrols - swinging it about.
