The hotel is very beautiful, with blue and white colors. It is very close to the beach. You can call a sightseeing bus to shuttle between the room and the lobby restaurant. I stayed in the Garden View room for 4 nights on a solo trip.
Overall I was very satisfied, but if there was one thing I wanted to improve, it was that the breakfast buffet menu was the same every day.
Other than that, there were plenty of restaurants, bars, karaoke, a gym, and more.
The location and the staff were great. All the staff I met in the hotel, including the front desk, were very kind, and although I didn't understand the language, they were very willing to help me when I asked a question, which I really appreciated.

I stayed at Renaissance in Bali once and Sharm el-Sheikh once, and both experiences were not good. I suggest you spend a little more money to stay in other better hotels.
