Huge disappointment – not worth the money! This hotel was a big letdown. The food was the same every day, tasteless and repetitive – mostly rice, pasta, and eggs, which were barely edible. Almost no fruit, and most meals seemed to be leftovers from the day before. If you don’t come early, there’s nothing left – they don’t refill anything. No snacks at all, despite the “all-inclusive” offer. Everything was in Russian – music, excursions, even most staff only spoke Russian and pretended not to understand any other language. Getting a drink was a challenge if you don’t speak Russian. The worst staff were at the pool bar – rude and unhelpful. Plates were just wiped with paper after previous guests, and glasses were barely rinsed. The room cleaning was average, but the corridors and common areas were dirty. The bathtub was so filthy (black stains) that I was afraid to use it. Rooms were large, but that’s the only positive. No aquapark, no evening entertainment, and many sunbeds on the beach were broken. It's definitely not worth the price. This hotel should be rated a maximum of 3 🌟. Traveler Warning: Be cautious when buying tours from beach vendors. They often overcharge you (sometimes even double the actual price) when you book, and then give you a receipt the next day showing a lower amount, which can make it hard to dispute or get a refund later.

The hotel is good, clean and luxurious , I love it here, the food is good, the staff are great, especially abderahman in the bar and Nouran in the animation team. Overall a great experience. Highly recommended. I will come again next year for sure.

Despite some negative reviews, I have a lot of good things to say about the hotel. Firstly, a big thank you to Mr. Sherif who is correct and moral. I arrived late at night and was assigned to a room without sea/pool view as per booking. On finding out my problem, Mr. Sherif gave me a suitable room on Day 2. There is a swimming pool which is looked after by the friendly Mohammad and his team to keep the pool and pool side as best they can. Towels are supplied by the pool. The beach is a long stretch and I go jogging along it in the morning alternating with a morning swim. The pier belongs to the hotel next door and can be used with permission. I enjoy looking at shoals of fish below on calm days. There is a gym with “life coach”, Hossam who helps with my exercise and use of the apparatus. The outside space is filled with shrubs, palms and flowering plants. It is improving all the time. Some parts are work in progress. The food. While it is not haute cuisine, I would rate the food as decent. There is an omelette section outside the restaurant for breakfast and hot pasta at lunch. Egyptians have fava bean paste and flatbread for breakfast and that is included for us and the local tourists. There are lots of legumes. There are usually chicken and meat casserole. I had fish once. The cooked vegetables included okra, aubergines, string beans and legumes, varying on different days. Rice is served as one enters the restaurant ( first tray). Thanks to the manager Mr. Solama and assistant Mustafa and the kitchen staff for feeding so many people every day. I’ve not had stomach ache nor digestive problems and it seems that the hygiene is kept at a high level. There are separate restaurants and they need booking for dinner. My room is clean. The bed is very comfortable. The shower works from overhead. I took 2 towels from the cleaning trolley with permission. Drinking water is supplied every day. I recommend that more staff be employed for maintaining the rooms as there are many rooms and not enough staff. I would like to thank all the staff including reception (even some waiting for some service takes a hundred years. I hope Hossam will treat me better next time than he already does) who have worked so hard together with a smile to make my stay a pleasant one. There is no single supplement charged for my room in this hotel so there is no need to pay such when booking from UK. The cost is the cost of the room.
