I want to write a fair review of the Romance renergy hotel only 16+ where we stayed from April 19 to 28, 2025. We arrived late in the evening on a flight from Moscow because the flight was postponed for 2 hours. Upon arrival at the hotel it was already late evening. At the reception we were met, put on bracelets and sent to have a snack in a burger restaurant. After a snack we came to the reception where they gave us passwords for Wi-Fi and sent us to our room. I will say right away that Wi-Fi works more or less not in the lobby. In other places you need to constantly restart Wi-Fi. In the room, Wi-Fi also did not catch well. Well, about everything in order. We were given only one room card for two. When we came to the room, we did not find a safe and robes. Having called the reception, I was told that the robes would be brought (they brought them only the next day), and a safe was not supposed to be in this room. Although on the website and reading other reviews it was written that there is a safe in the Romance renergy rooms, but it turned out not to be so. The room was supposed to have a view of the garden, but was provided with a view of the pool. About the frills of the room. The room was not cleaned very well. I am not picky. Tea, coffee, water, shampoo, gel were put every day, there are no questions about this. The cleaning time was always different, sometimes they clean in the morning, sometimes after lunch. I had to write in the application to clean the room. Animators. Regarding the work of the animators, I can say that they try, but not 100%. The evening program is repeated every week. Nothing to see. Food and alcohol. On the territory of the hotel there are many restaurants not counting a la carte, but also hotels on the territory of 3. Each hotel has its own concept and its bracelets, we had gold and gold at the Royal. Judging by the reviews, with gold bracelets they should let you in everywhere without problems, and with others where they let you in with gold bracelets, they should not let you in. At first they let us in everywhere with all the bracelets, but then apparently someone complained that there were too many people and they distributed everyone to their restaurants. It's just strange that they didn't let us into the restaurant by the lobby with our gold bracelets. We had to go to the restaurant at the entrance to the beach. The waiters work slowly and are in no hurry to serve. There were no napkins on the tables all the time, we had to ask them to bring them all the time. The same goes for alcohol. If you buy it yourself at the restaurant bar, they tell you to wait for the waiter, he'll come. In this ultra all inclusive concept, the Romance Renergy hotel has another restaurant that is also located by the beach, but the entrance is on the other side with gold bracelets, the food there is better and you can choose what they will cook for you. They pour wine from a bottle there. In other restaurants, from boxes. The beach and the bar on the beach. The beach for gold bracelets is a small bungalow with a canopy made of straw. Vacationers who do not have a gold bracelet are not allowed there. Beach workers (they also give out towels) work for money. In the mornings they cover a certain number of sun loungers in bungalows with towels, which are supposedly occupied. People come to the beach, all the places are occupied, approach the beach workers and they give them these sun loungers in the bungalows for money. They take their towels and people take theirs

Wonderful hotel. Great barman, cheerful, sociable, courteous, never let you get bored and his name is Atif! Because of such people you want to come back again and again! Huge thanks to him! Even if you come alone, this person will make sure that you will never get bored!

The hotel is simply wonderful! Sandy beach, clean sea and great atmosphere. The staff is very polite and attentive. I would especially like to mention Omar and Hosam at the reception, administrator Baher and Amir in the restaurant, administrator Rami on the beach, guys Vallet and Mohammed, Karim at the bar and Ahmed in the Romance Bar - they are all true professionals and just great people. The sea is magnificent, and the rest was at the highest level. Many thanks to all the hotel staff! We will come back 9 times 😀😘😘😘

Хороший отель, территория замечательная, еда хорошая, пляж супер, пройдя по пирсу можно увидеть много рыб, мы доже видели трех скатов. Хочу описать наш бар, это вообще огонь. Особенно наш бармен ATIF. Это вообще, нет слов как он готовит коктейли, это супер. Atlf замечательный человек, благодаря ему хочется возвращаться сюда снова и снова .

The room was large enough for us. We were greeted with a basket of fruit and there were drinks in the fridge. Towels were changed every day. The hotel grounds are large and well-kept. Lots of trees and greenery. There are 3 a la carte restaurants on the hotel grounds, where they serve delicious food. We used the restaurant by the beach, small and intimate, nice waiters. The food was tasty, we didn't go hungry. For breakfast, boiled eggs, fried, cold cuts, tasty cheeses, cottage cheese, yogurts, fruits, muesli, bread, waffles. For dinner, chips, potatoes, meat, always seafood, fried fish, salads, soup and cake. Dinner was similar. In addition, from 12 to 17 you could eat a kebab with fries and a burger. There is also a spa on the hotel premises. The massage is great. I recommend it. On the hotel premises there is a children's club and a playground, there is also a playground on the beach. In addition, there are slides in the pool in the aquapark, children will certainly not be bored. There are plenty of sunbeds on the beach, there is always something. Every day animations for children and adults. The downside is cleanliness. The cleaning service could try harder. We returned rested, I consider the vacation a success.

ПРЕКРАСНЫЙ ОТПУСК! Всем привет! Отдыхали в ноябре 2023г., хочу поделиться своими впечатлениями! Итак, по-порядку: летели вдвоем с подругой Аэрофлотом туда и обратно, по прилету без проблем нашли свой трансфер, ехать до отеля не больше 15-20 минут! Приехали около 17, на ресепшен отдали документы, прождали около 40 минут! Одели золотые браслеты и пошли заселяться! Территория Romans - это отдельное тихое, спокойное место без детей, очень уютное! На территории свой небольшой бар, правда хвалёный в других отзывах бармен Ахмед был всегда недоволен и очень неприветлив, вёл себя высокомерно, коктейли делает вообще не вкусные, хотя сидит и целыми днями ничего не делает, поэтому мы принципиально в этом баре не сидели! Дали хороший большой номер 3111 на первом этаже , с мебелью и всем остальным всё впорядке, мы там только ночевали, так что белье чистое, полотенца каждый день меняли и крутили красивые фигурки! Самый классный бар конечно же на пляже royal, там замечательный бармен, улыбчивый, весёлый, всегда в отличном настроении! Вообще, на мой взгляд, персонал везде очень приветливый и ненавязчивый! Очень хочется отметить работу главного администратора ресторана royal Бахира (Baher), как умело он управляет персоналом, всё четко и по делу! Видно, что сотрудники его очень уважают! Всегда спросит всё ли впорядке. Да и сам очень приятный, с иголочки одетый мужчина. Мальчишки-официанты в ресторане также очень приветливы, всегда спросят что хотите выпить, быстро убирают грязную посуда, в общем молодцы 👏 В основной ресторан для красных браслетов мы не ходили, так как в этом не было необходимости, в нашем royal настолько было уютно и вкусно, что даже не хотелось пробовать другие рестораны! Да, еда немного 🤏 однообразна, но всё вкусное и свежее, повара прям подходят и помогают выбрать, накладывают! Удивляюсь отзывам, в которых пишут, что мало выбора - ребят, вы чего каждый день что ли дома готовите по 50 разных блюд??? Просто можно не всё сразу наваливать в тарелку, как дикари 🤣, а в течение нескольких дней попробовать всё! Я когда всего наелась, вообще с удовольствием ела картошку фри с котлетой и овощи, на десерт догонялась офигенными апельсинами и гуавой😋 и было мне счастье! Один раз были в итальянском ресторане, там ничем не удивили, так что свою запись в восточном ресторане мы просто прогуляли🤪. Наши бармены в royal ресторане делают потрясающе вкусные и красивые коктейли 🍹, пару дней пили их, потом перешли на ром с колой! Начитавшись предыдущих отзывов, набрали с собой из дома виски, мартини в итоге ничего не понадобилось, так как виски, ром местного разлива очень неплохого качества! Пиво Stella наливают из бутылок, доброе утро начиналось в 10.00 в баре на пляже именно с него😂! Также на пляже можно было перекусить различными сэндвичами и булочками! Территория отеля большая, ухоженная, вся в цветах и зелени есть, где погулять! Пару дней ходили танцевать в Гротт, это типа ночного клуба на территории отеля (находится рядом с итальянским рестораном), нам понравил
