Хочу написать справедливый отзыв об отеле Romance renergy only 16+ в котором отдыхали с 19 по 28 апреля 2025года. Прилетели поздно вечером рейсом из Москвы так как рейс перенесли на 2 часа. По приезду в отель был уже поздний вечер. На рецепшне нас встретили надели браслеты и отправили перекусить в бургерную. После перекуса мы пришли на ресепшен где нам выдали пароли на вай фай и отправили в номер. Скажу сразу вай фай работает более менее не лобби. В остальных местах надо постоянно перезапускать вай фай. В номере вай фай тоже плохо ловил. Ну о бо всем по порядку. Карточку от номера нам дали всего одну на двоих. Придя в номер мы не обнаружили сейф и халаты. Позвонив на ресепшн мне сообщили что халаты принесут( принесли на следующий день только) , а сейф типа в данном номере не положен. Хотя на сайте и читая другие отзывы писали что сейф в номерах Romance renergy есть, но это оказалось не так. Номер должен был быть с видом на сад, а предоставили с видом на бассейн. По поводу оборки номера. Убирали номер не очень хорошо. Я не придираюсь. Чай, кофе, вода, шампунь, гель ложил каждый день в этом вопросов нет. Время уборки всегда была разная то с утра убирают то после обеда. Пришлось писать в приложении чтобы убрались в номере. Аниматоры. По поводу работы аниматоров можно сказать что стараются, но не на все 100%. Вечерняя программа повторяется каждую неделю. Смотреть нечего. Питание и алкоголь. На территории отеля есть много ресторанов не считая а ля карт, но и отелей на территории 3. В каждом отеле своя концепция и свои браслеты у нас было золотые и у рояла золотые. С золотыми браслетами судя по отзывам должны пускать везде без проблем, а с другими где пускают с золотыми браслетами пускать не должны. По началу пускали везде со всеми браслетами, но потом видать кто то нажаловался что много народу ходит и распределили всех по своим ресторанам. Только вот странно с золотыми браслетами нас в ресторан у лобби не пустили. Пришлось идти в ресторан при входе на пляж. Официанты работают не спеша и обслуживать они не спешат. Постоянно на столах не было салфеток пришлось все время просить чтобы принесли. Так же и по алкоголю. Если самим брать в баре ресторана то там говорят ждите официанта он типа подойдет. В данной концепции ультра все включено в отеле romance renergy есть еще один ресторан который тоже находится у пляжа только с другой стороны вход туда по золотым браслетам питание в нем по лучше и можно выбрать что тебе приготовят. Вино там наливают из бутылки. В остальных ресторанах из коробок. Пляж и бар на пляже. Пляж для золотых браслетов это небольшие бунгало с навесом из соломы. На него не пускают отдыхающих кто не имеет золотого браслета. Работники пляжа( они же и выдают полотенца) работают за деньги. Они по утрам застелают полотенцами определённое количество шезлонгов в бунгало что типо занято. Люди приходят на пляж все места заняты подходят к работникам пляжа и они за деньги им эти шезлонги в бунгало отдают. Свои полотенца они забирают а люди свои ло

Прекрасный отель. Великолепный бармен, веселый, общительный, обходительный, никогда не давал скучать и зовут его Атиф! Из-за таких людей хочется возвращаться снова и снова! Огромная ему благодарность! Даже приезжая одному, этот человек сделает так, что скучать Вы ни за что не будете!

Отель отличный.Еда очень вкусная,много всего,коктейли и напитки вкусные.Номера очень комфортные и чистые.Анимация прекрасная,заводят людей всегда!Вечерние шоу и дискотеки-супер.Территория очень большая и опрятная,все в цветах и зелени.Вернемся 100% еще раз.Персонал очень отзывчивый и приятный.

Отель просто замечательный! Песчаный пляж, чистое море и отличная атмосфера. Персонал очень вежливый и внимательный. Особенно хочу отметить Омара и Хосама на ресепшене, администратора Бахера и Амира в ресторане, администратора Рами на пляже, ребят Валлета и Мухаммеда, Карима в баре и Ахмеда в Romance Bar — все они настоящие профессионалы и просто отличные люди. Море — великолепное, а отдых был на высшем уровне. Огромное спасибо всем сотрудникам отеля! Вернемся 9 раз 😀😘😘😘

Хороший отель, территория замечательная, еда хорошая, пляж супер, пройдя по пирсу можно увидеть много рыб, мы доже видели трех скатов. Хочу описать наш бар, это вообще огонь. Особенно наш бармен ATIF. Это вообще, нет слов как он готовит коктейли, это супер. Atlf замечательный человек, благодаря ему хочется возвращаться сюда снова и снова .

Romance Regency Club We were at the hotel at the beginning of November. We arrived at the hotel in the morning, got our wristbands and waited about an hour for the room. The food was tasty, we didn't go hungry. For breakfast, boiled eggs, fried, cold cuts, tasty cheeses, cottage cheese, yogurts, fruits, muesli, bread, waffles. For dinner, chips, potatoes, meat, always seafood, fried fish, salads, soup and cake. Dinner was similar. In addition, from 12 to 17 you could eat a kebab with fries and a burger. ПРЕКРАСНЫЙ ОТПУСК! Всем привет! Отдыхали в ноябре 2023г., хочу поделиться своими впечатлениями! Итак, по-порядку: летели вдвоем с подругой Аэрофлотом туда и обратно, по прилету без проблем нашли свой трансфер, ехать до отеля не больше 15-20 минут! Приехали около 17, на ресепшен отдали документы, прождали около 40 минут! Одели золотые браслеты и пошли заселяться! Территория Romans - это отдельное тихое, спокойное место без детей, очень уютное! На территории свой небольшой бар, правда хвалёный в других отзывах бармен Ахмед был всегда недоволен и очень неприветлив, вёл себя высокомерно, коктейли делает вообще не вкусные, хотя сидит и целыми днями ничего не делает, поэтому мы принципиально в этом баре не сидели! Дали хороший большой номер 3111 на первом этаже , с мебелью и всем остальным всё впорядке, мы там только ночевали, так что белье чистое, полотенца каждый день меняли и крутили красивые фигурки! Самый классный бар конечно же на пляже royal, там замечательный бармен, улыбчивый, весёлый, всегда в отличном настроении! Вообще, на мой взгляд, персонал везде очень приветливый и ненавязчивый! Очень хочется отметить работу главного администратора ресторана royal Бахира (Baher), как умело он управляет персоналом, всё четко и по делу! Видно, что сотрудники его очень уважают! Всегда спросит всё ли впорядке. Да и сам очень приятный, с иголочки одетый мужчина. Мальчишки-официанты в ресторане также очень приветливы, всегда спросят что хотите выпить, быстро убирают грязную посуда, в общем молодцы 👏 В основной ресторан для красных браслетов мы не ходили, так как в этом не было необходимости, в нашем royal настолько было уютно и вкусно, что даже не хотелось пробовать другие рестораны! Да, еда немного 🤏 однообразна, но всё вкусное и свежее, повара прям подходят и помогают выбрать, накладывают! Удивляюсь отзывам, в которых пишут, что мало выбора - ребят, вы чего каждый день что ли дома готовите по 50 разных блюд??? Просто можно не всё сразу наваливать в тарелку, как дикари 🤣, а в течение нескольких дней попробовать всё! Я когда всего наелась, вообще с удовольствием ела картошку фри с котлетой и овощи, на десерт догонялась офигенными апельсинами и гуавой😋 и было мне счастье! Один раз были в итальянском ресторане, там ничем не удивили, так что свою запись в восточном ресторане мы просто прогуляли🤪. Наши бармены в royal ресторане делают потрясающе вкусные и красивые коктейли 🍹, пару дней пили их, потом перешли на ром с колой! Начитавшись предыдущих отзывов, набрали с собой из дома виски, мартини в итоге ничего не понадобилось, так как виски, ром местного разлива очень неплохого качества! Пиво Stella наливают из бутылок, доброе утро начиналось в 10.00 в баре на пляже именно с него😂! Также на пляже можно было перекусить различными сэндвичами и булочками! Территория отеля большая, ухоженная, вся в цветах и зелени есть, где погулять! Пару дней ходили танцевать в Гротт, это типа ночного клуба на территории отеля (находится рядом с итальянским рестораном), нам понравил
