The team is very nice and helpful. They are always laughing and make people laugh with their humor. The evening program is also very varied for big or small. You gave me and the rest of you a very pleasant and fun vacation. They try very hard and do their best.

Kamers in het Shams Safaga resort zijn min of meer goed maar het eten is er niet goed. Niet genoeg variatie bijna elke dag hetzelfde. Daar gaan we niet meer !!! Shams Lodges zijn beter qua eten in het restaurant nabij het duikcentrum. Het enige die ontbreekt is een ijsmachine (ijsblokjes) want het komt geregeld voor dat er geen ijs is om in de drank te doen.

Bungalow: super, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber gepflegt und sauber Beach: super schön, wird sauber gehalten, Sonnenliegen teilweise etwas lädiert Essen: jeder kann etwas finden, haute cuisine eher nicht Staff: unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit Negativ: WiFi nur in der lobby, kein Spätaufsteherfrühstück

Nice hotel I enjoyed my vacation and of course I will come again. The food here is very nice and everything here is natural and attractive. The animation is very fun and the cleanliness here is at the highest level and the workers here are very friendly. This is my first time here in the hotel and of course I will repeat the experience again. I wish everyone a happy visit.

Dieses Hotel ist eine absolute Katastrophe. Das essen ungenießbar. Nach dem 3ten Zimmerwechsel endlich kein Schimmel mehr. Baar Keeper wollen uns kein Wasser geben trotz Trinkgeld. Nach sehr vielen Ägypten reisen haben wir noch nie einen solchen schlechten Urlaub gehabt. Viele unhöfliche Mitarbeiter. Wir werden uns nie wieder sehen.

Sehr aufmerksames Personal. An sich stimmt wirklich alles. Essen muss man mögen, aber dann ist es wirklich gut. Die betten sind leider etwas hart, aber dafür die Zimmer sehr sauber. Vor allem der Strand mit seinem hoteleigenen Riff sind traumhaft.

I stayed at this beautiful resort in September with my family, and we had an amazing time! The staff were incredibly friendly, especially at the front desk, where they helped us plan our daily activities. The room was spacious and spotless, with an incredible view of the ocean. Housekeeping did a fantastic job of keeping everything clean and well-stocked throughout our stay. The pool area was well-maintained, and we enjoyed the variety of food offered at the on-site restaurant. One small downside was the Wi-Fi, which was a bit slow at times, but it didn’t affect our overall experience. A special mention goes to the animation team, who kept the atmosphere lively and fun, especially Chief Adel Hamza, who was always entertaining. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday by the beach.

Everything okay we enjoyed really so much here and we well come again next time really the service is very nice and the meals is okay and pars all staff is so friendly and the entertainment team is. Really amazing and make us happy everyday ♥️♥️♥️
