The service staff is very friendly. The hotel environment is also very good. However, the facilities in the room are too old, and the food tastes average. Airport pick-up service is provided. It seems that no one maintains the tennis court and mini golf course.

Es ist eine sehr schöne Anlage. Leider wurde die Außenanlage neu gefliest. Es entstand dadurch viel Lärm und Staub. ITS hat uns darüber nicht informiert. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit erledigt. Besonders vorzuheben ist der Kellner Mohsen Lahzy. Er hat am Strand getränje gebracht, abends die Geschirrwagen in die Küche gefahren und anschließend in Jonnys Bar bedient. Er wusste schon am 2. Abend, dass wir gerne Gin-Tonic trinken. Er war sehr freundlich, aber nicht aufdringlich. So wünscht man sich Kellner.

Our 4th time here over the years and it`s still perfect! The room we were upgraded to ( Thankyou Mr Kannan !) had a great sea and pool view from it`s large balcony. Food was excellent too as were the serving staff. Service in La Terrace was perfect especially from Mustafa who does a fantastic job at The Asian too. There was a lot work going on-new paving etc but it didn`t bother us too much as we spent most of the time on the beach and Captain Nemos Beach Bar. We will be back ! Thank you from Bill and Liz.

It was our first time in Egypt at the Palm Royale and we were pleasantly surprised! We particularly loved Mohsen Lahzy and Akram Email. They are friendly, accommodating and very nice. From the very first day they looked after our physical well-being. We knew that work was being done on the hotel and that the pool was closed. But who wants to lie by the pool when you have one of the most beautiful beaches in the bay? The food was very good and the various restaurants that we could visit three times a week completely met our expectations. Greek, Italian, Lebanese and Asian it was simply delicious and the ambience was fantastic. The daily buffet, whether morning, lunch or evening, was extensive and delicious. We particularly liked the beef and lamb dishes; they were simply delicious. The hotel is beautifully decorated and has a special flair; great attention is always paid to cleanliness and hygiene. We will definitely come back.
