We are just finishing our vacation in this beautiful place. All our expectations were met. Wonderful place, beach like from heaven, tasty food, beautiful garden.... But soul to this place is given by it employees. Entertainment team very amusing, everybody are polite and with smile on it's faces. A have to mention one person by it's name it is Ahmed from the beach. ❤️ Every morning he had welcome us on our language with: Dobro jutro, kako si 🤗🤗 keeping beach clean with the smile on the face Also the daughter was delight with horse riding with Memo, Zyad and Ahmed. And to mention quad safari, very interesting with wonderful people We already start planing for the next year to come back We definitely recommend this hotel

I have been to Egypt for the eighth time. Unfortunately this hotel was the worst we have ever experienced. Bad food (little choice of meat and healthy dishes) for healthier options like grilled chicken or egg omelette big queue. No possibility of any snacks during the main meals. Important for diabetics. Also no possibility of more drinks without sugar. (Only water and soda) The food was repeated every day the same, without any idea or innovation. Boring beach (bad animation program, fresh juice and fruit on the beach for an extra charge, only one beach bar and only postmix drinks and local beer for free. Wine for an extra charge Internet connection absolutely insufficient, undersized for the number of guests. Often so slow that it does not work even in the lobby. Faulty cards for opening the door to the room. (Except 5 times during the week of stay. 10-hour drinking water outage in the entire hotel. Toilets, rooms. (Replaced with bottled water) When watering the lawn at night, you can smell feces. We tried to enjoy the holiday and not think about these negative things. But still, the bitter experience remains.
