I love the place. Everything is close, like beach, and all the ways lead to a bar haha! The rooms are cleaned everyday, and the staff makes some funny and cute things from pillows, or other stuff you have in your room. The food here is amazing, everyday something new. The drinks are good, even for minors. You csn order anything you can possibly want when it comes to the barman. The animation Staff are my favourite (especially Farouk). They make great job when it comes to entertainment and they are just the nicest employees ever.

Hotel is so overrated.. you would starve if you're vegan you can only eat cold salad and only a few of them are vegan friendly, some of the service staff were nice and welcoming and some were having a hard time to smile to us, animation only approaching you to sell you some oriental dinner in the desert which we didn't attend turned out it was a disaster and you will be asked to write a good review which explains why there is so many people recommending the place turned out that it was just animators using guests phones and kindness, to be fair hotel was clean the rooms and the outdoors were taken good care of and that was honestly the only thing that didn't disappoint

Nous sommes allés au Casa Blue en février 2025. Si l'hôtel est vraiment à l'écart de tout, le complexe en lui-même est absolument merveilleux. Complètement refait, cet hôtel offre un luxe inégalé. Nous y avons séjourné en suite de luxe Panoramic. Cette chambre est incroyable... grandeur, emplacement privilégié près de la plage, frigo et collations en chambre, service (même un repas cuisiné sur place servi au salon de la suite). Les restaurants sont de très bonne qualité. Les boissons sont plus que correctes. La plage est d'une propreté remarquable et le must.... vous êtes servis en boissons rafraichissantes sans devoir quitter votre siège... Les piscines sont chauffées et la météo très clémente à cette période (19 à 24 degrés) même si le vent est parfois frisquet. Il y a une jetée de 750m dans la mer qui vous permet d'admirer les coraux et les poissons. Pour ceux qui aiment le calme, c'est l'endroit idéal (pas d'enfants) Enfin pour terminer, je m'en voudrais de ne pas citer l'ensemble du personnel qui mettra tout en œuvre pour que vous passiez un agréable séjour. A recommander sans hésiter.

The staff were very friendly, all of the services came quickly with a perfectly quality. The Reception finished all the paperwork without any hesitation. The room services are helpful and I asked for a iron for example and they get it very quickly and the honeymoon decorations was wonderful.

We loved the athmosphere here - it was really calm. Big space with not so many people around. The coral reef next to the hotel was amazing - we saw so many fishes, turtles and more. The food was tasty and various. Clean rooms and lovely stuff. Absolutely love the experience!

Bardzo polecam hotel, dużym plusem jest brak małych dzieci, co dla dorosłych osób chcących wypocząć to spory komfort. Czyste pokoje, bardzo miła obsługa, sporo atrakcji. Posiłki bogate i każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Czas świetnie spędzony.

Более подробный отзыв об отеле и о ситуации, которая там произошла: 1. Территория. Чистая ухоженная, зеленая 2. Море. Не длятех, кто хочет плавать с берега. У берега можно походить. Пирс очень длинный. В одном месте можно спуститься в лагунку, где не глубоко и основная глубина в конце пирса. Как опытный путешественник, могу сказать, что здесь риф не на столько яркий, как например в Шарме. И меньше разнообразие рыб. 3. Питание. Достаточно хорошее. На ужин гриль на улице и в самом ресторане разные блюда. То, что пробовали, вкусно. По поводу отношения в туристам из РФ. Например в снек баре поляки, немцы пьют их стекла, нам приносят пластиковые стаканы.. На вечерней дискотеке попросили включить для нас песню, включили, но на этом все, дальше у них как будто что-то сломалось и только отказывали. Считаю это тоже показателем. Но на этом история не закончилась. На следующий день, из-за негативного отзыва, нас попросили выехать из отеля. Очень хочется услышать комментарий от представителя отеля. Это было с вашей стороны или все таки со стороны туроператора?
