Perfect customer service, very clean hotel and apartment, we had very professional housekeeping worker - Hamza, that cleaned our room every single day, left always a suprise figure made out of towels and always fulfilled all our requests.

I was with my GF and two of my friends in the beginning of september in the Sataya resort. Everything was nice, the place was clean, food was great and we had a lot of attractions out there. Honorable mention: mr. Tarek El Tayb made our day by leaving small gifts everyday after cleaning the room. Below few examples

Rooms were alright, not the best. In my opinion, they were just fine.About the food for me it was an excellent experience every day we got served different cuisines of the world one disadvantage was that there is not much for kids if your kid is a picky eater.Hotwl staff was first rate,there are a lot of good words I can tell about an entertainment team peothere are literally made for making you smile.They were very friendly and of course always smiling.Polish girls from entertainment team were outstanding and made our stay unforgettable.

We stayed at the Marsa Alam SATA hotel and had a wonderful experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the amazing housekeeping service. Our cleaner Nouh Abd Elsayed was absolutely fantastic – every day he cleaned our room beautifully and surprised us with lovely towel and light decorations on the bed, which we really appreciated. (See attached photo for one of his stunning creations!) It was our first time in Egypt, and thanks to his effort and creativity, it became a truly unforgettable experience. We are very grateful and highly recommend this hotel!
