Un séjour inoubliable de 17 jours au Sataya Resort ! Un immense merci à Amr Hussain (homme de ménage) pour son travail parfait et sa gentillesse , merci pour la propreté quotidienne de notre chambre et les petites attentions qui faisaient la différence. Nous étions dans la chambre 11007. A Ahmed Taoufik (maître-nageur) pour sa vigilance et sa bienveillance toujours sourirant et attentif. À Sameha Ahmed, pour sa gentillesse,sa disponibilité, et le temps qu’elle m’a consacré,une personne exceptionnelle. Merci également à Ashraf du restaurant italien pour son accueil chaleureux, sa petite attention et son geste délicat qui m’a beaucoup touchée.sans oublier Azza Zain , aux serveurs du bar principal Aymane … L’ensemble du personnel a été aux petits soins, toujours disponible et très accueillant. Le buffet est varié le matin et soir ,sauf à midi il est plus simple avec moins de choix . Hôtel magnifique, propre, calme, idéal pour se détendre. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Absolutely perfect stay for 2 weeks ! We were travelling with 2 kids (4 and 6 years old). I can recommend swim-up rooms, if you`re travelling with kids this makes a huge difference. Coral reef is accessible right from a peer at the beach. The staff was exceptionally friendly and genuinely cared about ensuring a great guest experience.

Nice place for family. Many swims pool with bars. Beach clean and sea excellent for snorkeling. Food was very diverse. Service was excellent (Spa, fit gym). People are very pleasant.

Very beautiful hotel. This hotel has excellent cuisine and the food changes every day. As for the rooms, they are beautiful, spacious and clean. The only problem was with the occasional power outages in the hotel. This is typical for the entire area. The entrance to the sea is via a pier, but there are beautiful corals and underwater life ideal for snorkeling. What I liked the most were the animation programs full of fun and sports activities. Especially the excellent international animators. I have nothing but praise for the Czech animators. It was a wonderful holiday full of fun. They tried to entertain me all day and in the evening and I was never bored. Teri, Niki, Sarah, Kamila and Adi, thank you very much.

We had a beautiful sea view from our room, which made our stay even more special. The staff were absolutely amazing – very friendly, helpful, and always smiling. Everything was clean and well taken care of. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

Struttura ottima. Vorrei soffermarmi sul servizio del personale che eccellente,disponibilissimi e gentilissimo. Specialmente per quello che riguarda la cucina. Menù enormemente vario, ottimo e di qualità. Non manca nulla, Chef di alta qualità tutto buonissimo non ti fanno mancare nulla- i camerieri semplicemente fantastici.tutto lo staff fantastici
