Pickalbatros the Palace Port Ghalib

Great hotel!!! We were there for the second time and will definitely be back. Stayed in early November 2025. Rooms were nice and clean, cleaned daily. The food was very good, with something for everyone! The attractions were very good, and the entertainment staff were great. But the best part was the service at the main pool. Amir is an amazing person, exceeding the expectations of guests!!! People like him work to build the hotel's brand! Best regards to all the staff.

Karam Ibrahim is the best cleaner we could have had. The room was cleaned very thoroughly, everything was replenished regularly. We don't have any aggravations. The only thing we can ask for is a salary increase for Karam Ibrahim. He is a very good man.

My stay at the Pickalbatros Port Ghalib Palace was absolutely exceptional! From the very first moment, it was clear that this is a place offering the highest standard of service. The staff were extremely polite, always smiling, and eager to help. The rooms were spacious, elegantly furnished, and cleaned to perfection every day. The hotel is beautifully located, right by the marina, with a stunning view of the sea. The beach is wide, clean, and the entrance to the water is perfect for both adults and children. The coral reef just off the shore is breathtaking — a true paradise for snorkeling lovers! The food at the hotel is a real feast — an enormous variety of dishes, fresh ingredients, aromatic spices, and excellent service in the restaurants. Everyone will find something to suit their taste. The pools are clean, well-maintained, and diverse — perfect for both relaxation and fun. The evening entertainment and activities made every day even more enjoyable, creating a wonderful holiday atmosphere. The animation team deserves special praise — they were full of energy, creativity, and enthusiasm! They made every guest feel welcome and made sure no one was ever bored. The shows, games, and daily activities were fantastic and brought so much joy to both adults and children. I wholeheartedly recommend Pickalbatros Port Ghalib Palace — it’s a place I will gladly return to. Perfect for a luxurious holiday full of sunshine, smiles, and relaxation.
