One of the best hotels in Port Ghalib, if not the best. It lives up to its name “palace” quite aptly.
Pleasantly surprised by the kindness, gentleness and availability of the staff.
The all inclusive is rather stunning. Even during the day at the beach you are served on your deckchair.
The food is quite repetitive but it is so abundant and differentiated that you can eat different things every day. However, I think that for trips of two weeks or more this could be a problem.
Small downside for the spa. Prices are at the customer's discretion. I imagine that the owner(s) of the spa are different from the hotel. Ultimately I didn’t subscribe to any treatment.
I would go back.

Esperienza in questo resort perfetta, sono andata con il mio ragazzo ed è stato tutto perfetto. Ristoranti con cibo ottimo e stanza grande e pulita. Resort molto grande e con vari programmi da fare anche la sera, con spettacoli ed animazione. Resort tranquillo dove riandro sicuramente.

Familien freundliches Hotel mit super freundlichem Personal. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr bemüht das es einem gut geht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das großartige Essen und die großzügigen Zimmer die täglich gereinigt werden. Die tägliche Animation am Pool ist ebenfalls super ! Wir werden im nächsten Jahr wieder kommen. Die Lifeguards am Pool und im Aqua Park sind ebenfalls sehr aufmerksam und machen einen guten Job.
