One of the best hotels in Port Ghalib, if not the best. It lives up to its name “palace” quite aptly.
Pleasantly surprised by the kindness, gentleness and availability of the staff.
The all inclusive is rather stunning. Even during the day at the beach you are served on your deckchair.
The food is quite repetitive but it is so abundant and differentiated that you can eat different things every day. However, I think that for trips of two weeks or more this could be a problem.
Small downside for the spa. Prices are at the customer's discretion. I imagine that the owner(s) of the spa are different from the hotel. Ultimately I didn’t subscribe to any treatment.
I would go back.

The staff are very friendly and polite, prudent. Rooms are spacious, cozy and clean. Convenient location, varied menu. Animation is at the highest level especially Dino Guilia and you don't get bored. Every night is a fascinating and interesting programme. I'll definitely be back at this hotel again. I'll recommend this fancy hotel. Thank you❤

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are excellent and respectful, but the hotel's location is on a hill and very tiring, and there is only one transportation vehicle, and the water in the bathroom is weak and sometimes cuts off, and the pools are far from the family rooms, and the food is not varied and not suitable for a hotel of this level

Fantastisch 🤩. Heerlijk resort met hele vriendelijke en altijd glimlachend personeel. Het resort wordt onderhouden en schoon gehouden. Er loopt ruim voldoende personeel rond. Er zijn meerdere zwembaden en ruim voldoende ligplaatsen, dus voor “handdoekje leggers” hoef je niet bang te zijn. Super mooi huisrif, makkelijk bereikbaar. Er is genoeg entertainment. Naast het resort ligt de haven, waar je lekker rond kan struinen, er heerst een fijne sfeer. Er zijn genoeg uitstapjes te maken zoals een boottocht of een quattour. Met name het personeel; Sabry affrat, moustafa Hamdy, Ebrahim Mohan, Shehab Arafa werken hard, zijn gezellig en super vriendelijk! Zou zo weer terug willen!
