One of the best hotels in Port Ghalib, if not the best. It lives up to its name “palace” quite aptly.
Pleasantly surprised by the kindness, gentleness and availability of the staff.
The all inclusive is rather stunning. Even during the day at the beach you are served on your deckchair.
The food is quite repetitive but it is so abundant and differentiated that you can eat different things every day. However, I think that for trips of two weeks or more this could be a problem.
Small downside for the spa. Prices are at the customer's discretion. I imagine that the owner(s) of the spa are different from the hotel. Ultimately I didn’t subscribe to any treatment.
I would go back.

Bardzo się nam podobało w hotelu, będziemy go polecac każdemu jako pierwszy wybór w Egipcie. Pokoje, jedzenie, obsługa rewelacja ! Piękne widoki z pokoi na morze, blisko do plaży, piękna rafa dostępna zaraz z plaży i z pomostu, można snurkowac w każdy dzień. Animacje w dzień i wieczorami, nie narzucajaca się obsługa. Polecamy !!!!!

Polecam wyjazd do tego hotelu. Hotel super, pokoje czyste, jedzenie smaczne. Zostawiliśmy rzeczy nad basenem i obsługa pomogła w odnalezieniu. Baseny bardzo fajne. Leniwa rzeka zrobiła mega wrażenie na dzieciach. Ogólnie super.🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰😍😍😍😍😋🤗🤨🤗🤗🤗🤗🤎🤎🤎🤎🤎💯

Отличный отель, второй раз уже прибываем в этом отеле, еда, расположение, и персонал все отлично.рядом порт галиб где есть магазины, рестораны. Вернемся еще сюда обязательно. Дайв центр в отеле тоже отличный, второй раз с ними ныряем.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🫶🫶

Bardzo dobry hotel, smaczne jedzenie, fajna lokalizacja, blisko port, miasteczko i sklepy. Pokoje duże, wygodne i ładnie urządzone. Fajna grupa animacyjna, wieczorne atrakcje też są ok. Miejsce zdecydowanie godne polecenia. Fantastyczny park wodny dla dzieci.

It is a good hotel but there are a few things that good be better. What is good: Variety of food in diffent restaurants Nice swimming pools Everything is clean Beautiful outside Very nice coralreef to snorkel Facilities like padel and tennis What good be better: Airco first didn't work, we got a new room but where we first had an terrace. Now we didn't have a terrace or balcony at all. People are lying there towel early in the morning to reserve a sunbed. Bbq meat was often burned from the out side and once chicken was still rare. Sellers on the beach. Cocktails good be bettter. Cutterly was often missing so you had to surge for it. I think it's better to have a place on the terrace or restaurant where you can get it by yourself if it's missing.

Hotel bardzo fajny. Wczesniej bylismy w Akassia Swiss Resort oraz Jaz Lamaya. Ten hotel tez jest gpdny polecenia, ma zadbany ogrod, duży pokój. WiFi bardzo dobre nawet na plaży. Aquapark spory - dzieciom się podobało. Plaża ładna, zejście z pomostu na rafę - udało nam się spotkać żółwia i płaszczki oraz barakudy. Animatorzy starają się nawiązać kontakty z wypoczywającymi gośćmi hotelowymi. Raczej wszystko na plus - możliwe, że tu powrócimy :)
