Het resort is prima te doen alleen mag er best wat onderhoud aan de kamers gedaan worden. De douche was zeer lauw en de airco lekte behoorlijk. Dit meerdere keren doorgegeven aan de receptie. Het eten is goed en de service en de vriendelijkheid van het personeel is ook dik in orde.

L'hotel ha circa 30 anni e li dimostra anche se la manutenzione ha dimostrato di essere molto attiva e certo da lavorare ne ha. La piscina formato mignon è sporca. Il personale tutto molto gentile, ottima la pizza del bar sulla spiaggia. Il vero problema è il mare, qui si viene per la nomea della barriera corallina e del molto pesce, è vero c'erano, adesso NO! Infatti a inizio agosto 2024 una tormenta sulla montagna ha portato in mare molta terra che le correnti hanno portato proprio sulla barriera dell'hotel ; da allora la sospensione in acqua è massima, molte volte non vedevo bene la mia mano!!! i coralli si sono coperti di una patina marrone e in molti casi iniziano le alghette... barriera in fase di morte, addio bel mare

We visited this hotel for the second time because of nice snorchling we had experienced previously .To our surprise and shock this time the water in the sea was so murky that we could not see anything it was like swimming in the milk. According to some people who vizit this hotel very often this happens frequently in this area ,so when it happens you have the only chance to enjoy beautiful sea live at 6 am.when sea is calm and clear, otherwise you have to be lucky and there would be stable weather .Hotel itself is calm and cosy with a very good food.

Il mare favoloso. Il personale gentile. Le camere sono trascurate, vecchie e non eccelle la pulizia. Inoltre fate attenzione ai negozi. La spa ti dice un prezzo e poi ne digita un altro sul pos e ti inganna se sei distratto. Il negozio delle spezie ha dei prezzi troppo alti per ciò che vende. Unica chicca bazar 77 sulla spiaggia. Soleman è fantastico.

Leider ist unsere Zeit im Shams wieder zu Ende gegangen, aber zum Glück ist es nur ein vorübergehender Abschied!! Unsere letzten zwei Wochen waren erfüllt mit so vielen wunderbaren, spannenden, aufregenden, lustigen, erlebnisreichen, glücklichen und dankbaren Momenten!❤️ Unser Dank gilt allen... wirklich allen... die das Shams zu dem machen, was es ist!☀️ Auf Wiedersehen und bis bald (August ) !!!

Fantastica location, piccolo villaggio senza animazione per il massimo del relax in famiglia. Ha sicuramente bisogno di una rinfrescata ma nel complesso accogliente. Reef House spettacolari all' interno del Parco Nazionale di Wadi El Gemal. Le tartarughe sono di casa, dugongo e squali chitarra si sono mostrati anche semplicemente nuotando nella baia del villaggio. Quale migliore location per avviare all' attività un nuovo piccolo sub ......

Mi dispiace ma sconsiglio vivamente questa struttura, sporca e per niente curata: le lenzuola infeltrite, stanze con strati di polvere e bagno sporco. Non ci sono state servite nemmeno bibite fresche con la temperatura che ha fatto a fine giugno hanno avuto il coraggio di servire acqua e coca cola a temperatura ambiente. Cibo inclassificabile, buffet imbarazzante con le stesse portate tutto i giorni. Temperatura percepita 46° e loro servivano il gulasch e le zuppe bollenti. La cucina è orientata esclusivamente a turisti dell'est Europa che sono la maggior parte degli ospiti della struttura. Stoviglie sporche e dispenser dell'acqua con vaschette raccogli gocce nere di sporco e muffa. Chi commenta in maniera positiva una struttura del genere sinceramente non capisco dove abbia alloggiato sin ora, dalla disperazione abbiamo dovuto chiamare il Tour operator e farci cambiare di corsa la struttura. Impossibile consigliarlo!!! Unica nota positiva l'accesso al mare e la barriera, di certo non sicuramente una nota di merito per la struttura ma per Mars allam in generale.

it was what I was looking for!!! Aware of the dated structure, but it deserves a chance as it is located in a paradise. I'm perhaps biased in my assessment ;-) Food was good and varied. Even the pasta (which I never eat abroad) deserved a taste at certain times. Hard mattresses; we were accommodated in rooms that had not yet been renovated, therefore with a bathtub, the village was small compared to others seen in the area, only 1 restaurant, only 1 small swimming pool, 2 bars, one of which was on the beach with a wood-fired oven for pizza/focaccia. Kindness and courtesy, no entertainment. Small flaw: wi fi in common areas, paid only, it's the first time this has happened to me in Egypt. Located on the border with Wadi El Gemal National Park, this resort allows access to the sea both from the pier at the southern end and directly from the beach, even without shoes. for me an unforgettable holiday, every day I swim with turtles, and a wonderful encounter with the dugong ＜3 I'll be back!!!!
