The hotel is only recommended. The rooms are beautiful and even luxurious - the renovation was a complete success. The staff are friendly, courteous and very attentive (they are always there when you need them) - the excellent service also extends to the beach. The food is super delicious, in our opinion there is something for everyone. It was just a shame that the beauty treatment (pedicure) was anything but satisfactory and the appointments were usually late. Nevertheless, this fact could not detract from the overall impression. I expected more value in contrast to the amount paid, cleanliness and service as well as the management of guests' requests did not correspond to the luxury that you call your hotel. Booking Japanese people was not possible. There were no spaces available during my stay. Very nice place, very good living conditions, nice and helpful staff. High-level animations and activities. I learned to play bocce ball. Great gym. Rony from animation is very nice and helps us obtain information about the hotel and events that take place every day.

Having gone to different hotels in Marsa Alam, I can tell you that this one is my favorite!, clean, luxurious hotel, welcoming and funny staff! Great swimming pool with integrated bar and the other swimming pools are just as good!, Varied and very good food, especially chicken which is a specialty in Egypt I noticed, I 1000% recommend this hotel compared to any other 😄 Ps: area breathtaking diving too and visibility of sea turtles quite often 😄

Visited in December 2023 for 9 days to celebrate our anniversary. Excellent services, active, friendly entertaining animation team. Lots of activities, never a boring moment. Yoga, meditation, zumba, you name it! Delicious drinks to tie everything together for a beautiful time! Definitely recommend to visit!

The Casa Blue Luxury Resort is a great place for a peaceful stay. The hotel is nice, clean and well-kept, the food in the restaurants is delicious and has a very large selection.
