The hotel is only recommended. The rooms are beautiful and even luxurious - the renovation was a complete success. The staff are friendly, courteous and very attentive (they are always there when you need them) - the excellent service also extends to the beach. The food is super delicious, in our opinion there is something for everyone. It was just a shame that the beauty treatment (pedicure) was anything but satisfactory and the appointments were usually late. Nevertheless, this fact could not detract from the overall impression. The 800 m long jetty, the interplay between high and low tide and the crystal clear sea also invited you to dream.

I expected more value in contrast to the amount paid, cleanliness and service as well as the management of guests' requests did not correspond to the luxury that you call your hotel. Booking Japanese people was not possible. There were no spaces available during my stay. I informed reception and restaurant but not a single action, it was windy some days and you couldn't lie on the beach as the sunbeds didn't have a partition or anything to stop the wind, I wouldn't come back and can't do not recommend

Very nice place, very good living conditions, nice and helpful staff. High-level animations and activities. I learned to play bocce ball. Great gym. Rony from animation is very nice and helps us obtain information about the hotel and events that take place every day.

Really greate place for spend free time. Good Working persons, perfect eats And drinks. Evrything is very clean. lots of places for physical activity. 3 heated swimming pools. I really recommend. I’ll definitely come back.

Having gone to different hotels in Marsa Alam, I can tell you that this one is my favorite!, clean, luxurious hotel, welcoming and funny staff! Great swimming pool with integrated bar and the other swimming pools are just as good!, Varied and very good food, especially chicken which is a specialty in Egypt I noticed, I 1000% recommend this hotel compared to any other 😄 Ps: area breathtaking diving too and visibility of sea turtles quite often 😄
