I reserved two chalets, but no one checked with us on the contents of the chalet. The garden door was broken, and the oven didn't operate. The kitchen's worktop was broken. The mugs were broken. When we checked out, they charged costs for an already broken mug. The reception management was hostile and insisted that we have to pay, despite the fact that no one checked with us to ensure that everything was in order. I'm terribly disappointed and will never come back. I do not suggest his hotel. Very terrible management, and they do not respect the guests.
