Very nice hotel. Food is tasty, and selection is more than enough for every one to choose from. Many activities possible, ping-pong, gym etc. and each day you can participate in interesting animations. Big thanks to housekeeping, especially Moustafa Mahmoud for beautiful decorations

We have enjoyed our holiday in Novotel marsa alam, start from the beginning until the end of the holiday. We would like to thank ms/ mariam of the guest relations , she was flexible and she was handing and controlling everything. Otherwise chief abou alyazeed You feeling better always if he was there. He always getting feedback and he always asking if even we have special requests he can help anytime. Also he have a great team under his management they are working hard to make the guests satisfied, Specially the two chiefs on the morning shift of egg and pancakes stations i know that they are working all the night though they are always smiling and they makes jokes too. Also the chief on the grill outside was great too. They makes great variety of all sections hot food, salad and dessert section. Also we would like to thank the front office team dishnawy, khamis, Mustafa of Pillman. -the house keeping was great too the house keeper of our room, he was always care also public team of house keeping too, they always care of all the house. We would like to thank all the team was working in the back of the house because i know they are handling to much to make the front of the house to be always great (maintenance - laundry -kitchen - food and beverage back area and the farmers too) It was really great holiday ❤️

Gorąco polecam hotel, jedzenie różnorakie, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Animatorzy super szczególnie Casey i Tina.Pokoje czyste, obsługa miła i pomocna. Dużo zabaw, gier. Wieczorami dyskoteki i zabawy. WiFi łapie na całym ośrodku Polecam! :)

L hôtel est correct, les chambres sont grandes, les repas sont copieux en formule tout inclus, les chambres sont nettoyées tous les jours, hôtel complet cette semaine et on ne se bat pas pour avoir un transat à la piscine ou à la plage Un des points négatif c est la boisson qui n est pas assez complète pour le tout inclus et il est préférable de ne pas être français car rien n est fait pour les français

Sto passando una settimana in questo resort a 5 stelle assieme a mia figlia. Le 5 stelle sono meritatissime! In questa settimana ci siamo sempre sentite a casa. Tutto il personale è sempre molto cordiale, disponibile e sorridente. Sono immediati e pronti a soddisfare ogni esigenza e direi anche capriccio dei clienti. Ogni giorno tornando in camera troviamo la sorpresa degli asciugamani sistemati in modo che sembrino animali: cigno, elefante, serpente ecc. Tutto merito di Yousef che cura con particolare attenzione il rifacimento delle camere. Il cibo è buono e abbondante. L'albergo è pulitissimo, tutto molto curato e le stanze sono ampie e moderne. Vorrei esprimere un ringraziamento particolare a Mariam e Mahmoud che sono non solo gentili ed estremamente professionali, ma anche FAMIGLIA ❤️. Hotel consigliatissimo!

Mir hat es wunderbar gefallen ! Das Essen war sehr gut, die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und was mir besonders gut gefallen hat, dass alle Mitarbeitenden so unfassbar nett und höflich sind ! Speziell möchte ich hier Mariam erwähnen die sehr hilfsbereit ist und eine angenehme Persönlichkeit, darüber hinaus Emad aus dem Fitnessstudio der jedem Tipps gibt und sich gut um das Studio kümmert. Ich kann das Hotel sehr empfehlen

We stayed at the hotel for a week, the hotel is sold as a high-service hotel. Upon arrival, we were immediately directed to have lunch, after which we were immediately given rooms. At the reception, they offered rooms with a view of the pool for an additional fee, after refusing, we got rooms with a view of the garden, as we ordered. Since there were four of us, we got rooms next to each other, with the possibility of entering each other's rooms :) The rooms are large, clean, everything worked, they made all kinds of figures out of towels. There is animation, they tried, there were discos in the evenings. The reef is beautiful, the only downside is that it was windy all week except for one day. However, we saw turtles, stingrays and many other beauties :) Lifeguard on the beach, polite, takes care of the bathers, helps to get out of the sea. Food.... Well, I don't know, it was quite tasty, but the choice is really small, at lunch, one kind of meat, one kind of soup, really, not like in a high-class hotel :) At dinner, a little more, but not a particularly big choice :) There is where to try, due to the lack of food, queues often formed. From 13:00 to 15:00 they serve ice cream by the pool. The only snacks I saw were muffins and spring rolls.
