We're visiting this hotel repetitively. Compare to others, this resort is smaller and more quite what is the reason for us to spend our holiday here. Food is good and Dive cetre managed by couple Lulu and Katie is just great! Same as other staff do the perfect job. The only concern is using Red flags on the beach to oftenly. Talked to lifeguard ans his manager and it has been told me, there is military garrison 7km away sending info about wawes..to be honest I didn't bought this story as my friend in the same time has yellow flag in Utopia resort - 2km by walk on the beach. So maybe this would be the simple reason for the change and go to Utopia as in Novotel you have red flag to often and usually people goes to Egypt for great see experiance. I'm very sorry for that as the rest is definitelly above the average.

It was my honeymoon,Everything was perfect the service is amazing the stuff was very helpful and cheerful the quality of food is more than amazing the hospitality is very good And special thanks for Mrs. Zainab gamal the relationship employee for her respectful attitude care and help.it was one of the greatest and beautiful experiences I have ever had and for sure I'll repeat it again.

Esperienza positiva . Abbiamo trascorso due belle settimane in questo resort dove abbiamo trovato un ambiente con personale e animazione molto gentili e disponibili. Specialmente nelle attività di animazione c'era un equipe molto bella un grazie particolare ad aurora e bondo che ci hanno supportato comunicando co noi in italiano. Cibo molto variato camere ben curate .spazi esterni con molto verde .

Cette hôtel n'est pas fait pour la clientèle française. Personne ne parle francais. Principalement des touristes de l'est. Personnel peu souriant. L'hôtel est isolé. Pour faire la moindre excursion en mer il faut faire 3h30 minimum de bus. Le représentant local walid n'est là que pour vendre des excursions ,il est très peu à l'écoute. Lui faisant part de mon mécontentement il ne m'a pas écouté et est parti voir quelqu'un d'autre. La restauration n'est pas digne d'un hôtel 5 étoiles. Nous n'avons pas de bouteille d'eau à table on doit attendre qu'un serveur vienne nous voir pour avoir un simple verre d'eau ou autre. Les chambres sont basiques de style européen, aucun charme du style du pays dommage. Mais elles sont propres et faites tout les jours. Il est bien spécifié partout de ne pas réserver les transats et malheureusement comme partout ce n'est pas respecté et le personnel ne le fait pas respecté. J'avoue qu'après une semaine de croisière merveilleuse la chute est brutale. Je ne le recommande pas et je n'y reviendrai pas.

Ägyptische Standard-Hotelanlage. Gut gelegen am Riffdach mit kurzen Weg zum Meer. Zimmer sind in Ordnung. Beim Personal ist in Sachen Freundlichkeit Luft nach oben. Das Buffet befriedigend. Das HausRiff ist zum Tauchen top. Tauchbasis beim Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen.
