Goed Hotel met super fijn Rif! We hebben erg genoten van ons Verblijf in Utopia Beach Club.
De Kamers zijn groot en schoon, wel al een beetje oud.
Service was al beter, maar we komen voor het Huisrif van dit Hotel.

Siamo appena ritornati e nulla è stato impeccabile, dal servizio, al cibo , all’accoglienza . La mia compagna è vegetariana… è stato soddisfatta in ogni sua richiesta , addirittura piatti preparati apposta fuori buffet , super, che dire , serviti e riveriti ad ogni richiesta.Il food manager e’ una persona squisita e brillante come tutto lo staff.Da ritornare

The hotel didn't make a good impression on me. This was my fourth trip to Egypt and definitely the worst. In particular, the cuisine was very monotonous and very mediocre, more for a 3-star hotel than a 4-star. There were very few vegetables and appetizers. Everything was of very poor quality and in minimal quantities. The waiters were poorly organized, and it was clear there was no good manager to manage the room. In previous hotels, the See Star Hurghada, Amway Sofisa, and Ephistone Marsa Alam, everything was spotless. This one was definitely worse. The hotel seemed divided into two sections: an Italian section with a separate reception and restaurant, and a Polish-German-Czech section. It's not great. The rooms were average. The beach bar was closed, even though it was high season, but the Italian section was open. The hotel benefits from the nearby magnificent reef, which is why people come here, and the internet is available throughout.

In this hotel si very kind animators. I like the antivitis what they have for us, this activity is good for all of our family. I like the personal in this hotel, they are good. Me and my family like snorkeling so this hotel is the best for snorkeling. There is very beautiful corals and very much colored fish. Me and my family are in this hotel for the fifth times, and we are very happy here.

awful food - the only thing you can eat is baked meat and rice. every time, every day. The drinks are even poorer - they use tap water in their cola machines and this water has a strong flavor of iodine. I think it is due to the sanitizing system. so all drinks - cola, fanta tastes and smells iodine. Likewise in your toilet or bathroom. Several times there were short term electroblackouts (no electricity in the hotel at all for several minutes. Several times the fire alarm went active (false), once late at night. There are construction sites at both sides of the hotel. They start at 7. You sleep. They drill or do other noises. You wake up. You become upset. The continue to produce noise. Daily. The staff acts like you are a friend that came to visit them and you should be thankful for their hospitality. All of them, the only exception is reception, but this can be due to huge tips at the beginning. They go to guest toilets and wash feet there. They don't use soap after toilet. but go to kitchen afterwards. Nice and appetizing. The reef is the only thing why you should visit. its the best one I've seen and it its really marvelous. Go there for diving and snorkeling AND during your diet sessions.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The animation team was energetic and made every activity fun and engaging. The view from the hotel was absolutely stunning, especially at sunset. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly welcoming and always ready to help with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. I will definitely come back!

we shared our vacation as a couple. It was our first vacation as a couple. We enjoyed our trip and time in this hotel so much. We came here for diving and it was so good. Entertainment team is so great. You guys are so kind and lovely. Active and caring about the guests. You are doing a great job and we are sure that all the people loves you. Stay as you are and we are sure that we are coming back. Greetings from us ☀️
