Siamo appena ritornati e nulla è stato impeccabile, dal servizio, al cibo , all’accoglienza . La mia compagna è vegetariana… è stato soddisfatta in ogni sua richiesta , addirittura piatti preparati apposta fuori buffet , super, che dire , serviti e riveriti ad ogni richiesta.Il food manager e’ una persona squisita e brillante come tutto lo staff.Da ritornare

Good Hotel with super nice Reef! We really enjoyed our Stay at Utopia Beach Club.
The rooms are big and clean, although a bit old.
Service was better, but we come for the House Reef of this Hotel.

Super plaż z cudowną Rafa Koralowa pięknymi rybkami można codziennie spotkać płaszcz Morenę. A Mini animatorzy są świetni z Czech z Polski Egiptu bawią ludzi fajny show wieczorem. hotel miły tylko brak życia nocnego. Animatorzy raz w tygodniu organizują wyjazd do dyskoteki do portu.

La mia vacanza è stata oltre le aspettative! Ambiente curato, pulito, mare cristallino e con la possibilità di vedere svariati tipi di pesci anche senza immersione. Ho apprezzato le numerose proposte di tour fuori dal villaggio e mi rimarrà nel cuore il Safari nel deserto. Animazione italiana divertente, presente ma mai invadente. La struttura ha giardini con fiori coloratissimi e verde curati ogni giorno dal personale: ottimo panorama per scattare foto ricordo. Cibo molto buono con tantissima varietà. Si trovano anche numerosi negozietti e minimarket. La Cordialità e l’accoglienza di tutto il personale è stata eccellente, mi sono sentita in un ambiente familiare fin dal primo momento. Bravissimi, professionali e divertentissimi i punti di riferimento per l assistenza Ciaocat e Mahmoud; Lorenzo per le escursioni. Professionali e simpatici anche i camerieri ( bravissimo Mustafa con le sue crêpes) , barman, gli addetti della spa e delle pulizie ( ci lasciavano fiori e composizioni con gli asciugamani in camera). Inoltre Sheriff responsabile dei servizi si accertava che tutto il soggiorno fosse di gradimento per gli ospiti. È una Vacanza che non dimenticherò e approfitto per ringraziare ognuno di voi per il vostro scrupoloso lavoro e per avermi fatto vivere una settimana meravigliosa! 🎊🎉

Bellissimo punto di mare con accesso diretto in una piscina naturale ma anche con delle barriere coralline bellissime come quelle delle escursioni. Personale gentilissimo ed orientato all'ospite. La struttura è datata ed infatti i dettagli non sono curati ma è comunque bellissima un'architettura armonica e le aree verdi sono curatissime ogni angolo è da fotografare. Noi avevamo la camera fronte mare e la consiglio vivamente per la comodità alla spiaggia e la vista mare. Unico punto critico è il cibo, pesce pochissimo, i piatti italiani chiaramente non sono fatti con le nostre materie prime e quindi non sono particolarmente soddisfacenti, verdura e frutta sempre quelli. Fanno pizza pane e focacce espresse che meritano poi bisogna un attimo adattarsi. Un consiglio: il succo che propongono in spiaggia è buonissimo. Lavano tutto con acqua minerale perciò unica attenzione da tenere è l'acqua del lavabo doccia ed eventuali bevande offerte durante le escursioni. Ottima pulizia. Molta animazione adatta per ragazzi e bambini che vengono sempre coinvolti in attività ed intrattenuti. Consigliatissimo
