Good quality hotel. Highlight is definitely their offer for scuba diving. Their doctors make you feel especially safe. Dr. Al Sayes and his assistant were true saviors. They responded in a quick manner and i was back on my feet within days. I think everyone wants to be in thr best hands when something happens.

Very nice hotel and friendly staff, with great animation and good food! We had a very big family room. Also the shows are great, especially the Fly board show. The slides are also very great and huge! You can even do some rafting in the swimmers area.

We Are 5th time in this hotel. And we Are so happy here every time!! We love the animation team! The room Is amazing with great view. The reaf Is great the lifeguards help US with swiming with the fish! The food Is good. We Will definetly come back next year!

Ho volutamente atteso alcuni mesi prima di fare la mia recensione perchè non volevo che fosse condizionata dalla euforia del momento. mia moglie ed io con i nostri figli di 4-6 anni abbiamo trascorso 7 giorni fantastici - Il cibo è perfetto, c'è di tutto... ovviamente non c'è la lasagna fatta dalla nonna, ma per essere in Egitto ad un costo così basso non credo che sia possibile avere un mangiare migliore. Mare eccezionale Personale educatissimo e molto professionale pulizia della camera e degli spazi pubblici eccezionale Grazie Hosni e alla responsabile del francorosso ( le foto dimostrano le vostre qualità professionali ed umane)

The best hotel in Egypt. Clear rooms, friendly staff, nice garden, pure beach and water in the sea, very good foods. We were with two little children, and they did feel the best. Not was problem nobody with the health. And the best thing, best friend, the face of the hotel Mr. Wael. He there is everywhere, everywhen and helps! We will come back sure.

We have spent a week holiday in Akassia Swiss Resort. It was a great stay and we do recommend to visit. We came on the late flight and we still were able to enjoy hot food in the restaurant. We have stayed in building No12 just by the beach. The view was amazing. The hotel WiFi worked as far as the beach which is fantastic and we are very grateful for it. The hotel has a lido carved in the old coral, the sea fish are able to enter and it makes amazing experience for people who wouldn’t be confident in open sea water. Heaven for snorkels. For stronger swimmers there is a swim area where you can snorkel or dive next to beautiful coral reef in the full beauty without leaving hotel premises. The hotel staff was always very helpful and polite. We had problem with our AC unit and it was resolved straight away. The animation team was super energetic and fun. The food was lovely and plenty of good choices. Loads of dessert options and fresh fruit. The only downside here which needs to be addressed is birds! The beach restaurant and bar was constantly swarm with doves and sparrows. If you would leave your food unattended for a moment they would straight away help themselves. They would comfortably sit on the next table and chairs and watch you eat. God forbid if you would leave to get some more food. This was very unpleasant and caused a lot of people to go and eat in the main restaurant in the hall. The birds pup everywhere. We really enjoyed ourselves and hotel is fantastic but they do need to address the bird problem in the beach restaurant and bar. Definitely we will be back and hopefully we can enjoy our food while admiring beautiful view of Red Sea.

Minusy : - atrakcje animatorów nakładają się w jednym czasie (waterpolo, aquagym) - zespół animatorów ma sprzęt najniższej jakości (rzutki do darta pozwalały rzucać z odległości 1m, więc żadna to zabawa, brak siatek na bramkach do gry w waterpolo, wszystko sprawia wrażenie byle jakości - ogromna powierzchnia hotelu, a rozrywka raz na plaży, kolejna na basenie olimpijskim (piana party - odległość około 1km) - brak muzyki w ciągu dniach przy basenach - bardzo słabe drinki (w tańszych hotelach o niebo lepsze); drinki podawane w plastikowych kubkach jak do mycia zębów - przekąski w barze bardzo słabe (frytki, "burgery" z wysuszoną bułką, nie polecam - sam hotel czysty, ale raczej 3,5*, a na pewno nie 5 - Tańszy hotel np sataya resort ma dużo większy wybór jedzenia, drinków i jakość nieporównywalnie lepszą - na 14dni pobytu, 10dni czerwona flaga (wiem, że hotel nie ma na to wpływu, jednak to istotna informacja dla gości) Plusy: - nienachalna obsługa, która stara się zadowolić klienta - mały wybór dań, ale dobre jakościowo. - czysto na terenie całego hotelu, toalety również czyste, choć mogłoby być ich więcej przy basenach Reasumując spędziliśmy 14dni w hotelu Akassia swiss Resort i wróciliśmy znudzeni. Nie polecam tego hotelu, na pewno do niego nigdy nie wrócimy. Ocena to całokształt 14 spędzonych dni, nuda.Hotel jest oddalony 1h drogi od Port Ghalib i lotniska.

I can recommend this hotel with a clear conscience. It has a large water park, many attractions, a beautiful reef adjacent to the private beach. Cool animators entertain guests from morning to night. Everyone will find something for themselves. I highly recommend it! ❤️❤️
