We came here for diving, so we did not stay much time at the hotel during the day. Our room was the 1906 very close to the beach. Very nice & clean room and what is more important, very quiet at night. The food was delicious, they tried to vary it, but after a while it became usual. The staff was very polite and helpful. We had a reservation issue with the Italian restaurant on the 1st floor though. The only negative thing for me was the bed. It was not comfortable to sleep. Anyway, we had a nice stay there.

Best hotel in Egypt! 🏜️ The rooms are nice and clean. A lot of entertainment for children and adults - especially in the evenings. Beach has got stairs to deeper water to see the coral reef with beautiful fishes and other water creatures. Very nice and helpfull people and also good good. I’ll be back for sure.😎

The best hotel I’ve ever been in Egypt, food is fresh and hot…employer is very kind and outgoing. A view in my room is amazing, it’s pretty close to beach, aquapark is huge and have many opportunity. Certain kids won’t be bored. The rooms are regular cleaned. I recommend.

( IS 5 stars hotel )The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure our stay was comfortable. The rooms were clean, and well-maintained, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation. The food was excellent, offering a wide variety of international and local dishes, and the dining experience was made even better, (the vista restaurant) Known for its diverse international dishes The Panorama Restaurant,This offers oriental dinner menus in an elegant setting.. and one of the highlights was the amazing entertainment team! Omar, Moustafa, Noor, and Paulina truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a fun and engaging experience we had a lot of fun in the color day.

It's definitely not a five-star hotel. But you go to Egypt for the sun. The rooms look OK at first glance, but they are dirty in various places - this is Egyptian-style cleaning. The rooms have ceilings - domes lined with brick, which require renovation because every day the brick crumbled and fell on the floor and bed. There is only one heated swimming pool and it is crowded. The water in the agua park is very cold - it's a pity, because you could spend more time there. There is a very nice, calm dog in the hotel, but unfortunately the staff does not welcome him. The guests were outraged by the behavior of the gardeners who chased him away. Anti-hotel advertising. They have so much food that they don't want to feed the poor animal. Typically Egyptian approach. Upon arrival the reception was not very nice. Even though the rooms were already available, they did not want to give envelopes with room cards if they did not receive a tip. Only after a quarrel did they give it to us. The waiters are very nice - it's a pity they work like slaves - 12 hours a day. Every evening animation. Overall ok. I rate the hotel 3+

We spent a whole week here in december. Everything was nice and tidy! Variety of food and very pleasent staff. Perfect animation team that was talking care of our children! Nour- the best animator! In december it is hot but a little bit windy.

It was wonderful holiday. 2 warm pools, very nice stuff, good food and very observant waiters, especially Osama - we have received what we needed before we asked for this 2 jettys to snorkeling was exellent. Lifeguards were encouraging and helpful. We were lucky to see dolphins near to hotel We hope, we will come back:)

Had a very good expriance food was high quality and lots of options. Entertainment was great with darts volleyball and waterpolo. The animators where great and very friendly. Great holiday perfect experience. Alcohol was fantastic with a large selection of drinks.
