Pure weather, clean, enjoyable, food was acceptable and diverse(no east asian food though). I loved the grass well maintained and soft under the feet.
The room was not double bed but twin bed. Despite I did 2 bookings(one after another) explicitly asking double bed.
Lot's of german family with children but the room not oriented swimming pool are calm. Many games available (darts, petanque, diving, tennis,...)
Service acceptable but a bit rude sometimes : specifically they don't like we order at the bar/counter(I don't always have time to wait for the waiter). They give you an order angrily to go sit and wait for them, no smile. That part was not acceptable.
Overall a very good stay and I will likely come back.

Beautiful structure. Beach with sandy access and from the pier. In the period of late March from the pier there were many jellyfish and quite a bit of wind, I saw lots of fish. Unfortunately the cuisine is very spicy, for us Europeans they should avoid using their spices, even hamburgers had a strange taste. Excellent WiFi, covers both the beach area, rooms and pool area. Water park with slides fantastic and included in the price. Very friendly staff.

If you just want good food, a nice hotel vacility in a nice bay and a beautifuly reef, this is perfect! The food was really good but not much variety for kids. There is also a diving center for those who want to go scuba diving and they had very nice dive sites avaliable. There also is a gym and a spa for those who need / want to use it.

We zijn met twee kinderen geweest van 4 en 7. Service was perfect, ondanks de hitte doen ze alles voor je. Entertainment top en eten genoeg afwisseling! Snorkelen is geweldig hier! Schildpadden en dolfijnen gezien! Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Unser erster Besuch in Ägypten war ein sehr schönes Erlebnis für Erwachsene und Kinder sehr ervorzuheben ist der freundliche Service der Mitarbeiter egal ob Roomservice oder Tischservice es wird sich jeden Tag sehr viel Mühe gegeben die Gäste zu verwöhnen die Ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt wir hatten einen super Urlaub das einzige was etwas störend ist sind die vielen Verkäufer am Strand

Schönes Hotel, gepflegte Anlage. Zimmer sind gut. Service beim Essen könnte besser sein. Es wird zu selten nach Getränkewünsche gefragt. Auswahl des Essens ist wenig abwechslungsreich, es schmeckt aber. Im Hauptrestaurant ist es zu laut. Grundsätzlich aber ein gutes Hotel, würde ich nochmals buchen.
