Flawless Hotel, varied restaurants and delicious food, attentive service everywhere. Beach bar is run so efficiently by hard working manager and staff. Waiting staff so cheerful and nothing is too much trouble, Ahmed Dahy, Hassan Abdalaty, the breakfast crew to mention a few and of course the trustworthy, honorable gentleman Fousey.

We had great 9 days in Magic Live Kalawy: snorkeling, diving, sport courses, great food and relaxing days in the sun. Our youngest daughter enjoyed the Mymo Maxi-Club - as always with Tui Magic Live a great team taking care about our kids. She enjoyed it! Both our girls also completed a windsurfing course, my son and I enjoyed the scuba diving opportunities directly at the great house-reef - a lot of fishes, great view, wonderful experience. To summarize: we already booked for the Easter holidays 2026 :-)

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und kommen bestimmt (nächstes Jahr) wieder! Meinen Kindern hat der Kids-Club mit Lennox besonders gut gefallen. Das Essen und der Service waren exzellent. Wir hatten eine Quadtour und eine Submarine-tour gemacht wobei Quad fahren besser ankam. Herausragend fanden wir auch das tägliche Showprogramm um 21.00.

Beautiful sea view room .Block 19 Food,cleanliness absolutely spot on. The gardens were stunning. Couldn't fault this hotel. So much to do or just pure relaxation, everything you could possibly need. The staff are incredible and really make this place even more special. Have to mention the most knowledgeable friendly and helpful Mokhtar the life guard on the pier. He takes his job very seriously and watches everyone closely when they are snorkeling. The security guard on the Pier Ebraham always had a smile too. For beach service Karim was amazing, so welcoming and happy. Many of the cats are neautered, just a few toms by the relax pool that need catching and of course , the younger cats when old enough. One improvement would be to fill the cat feeders by blocks 18,19 and 20 more often. The cats near the main part get plenty of food. The beautiful white long haired cat needs a grooming. I did mention this at check out. It was beautiful seeing the cats well looked after. Food and drink plentiful and loads of choice . Can't wait to return. Absolutely blown away. Well done to all.. A true oasis in the desert.

Currently here at Magic Life Kalawy and overall it is a top class hotel and experience. There are a couple of niggling problems, The main one being the Internet access, which is very sporadic and a problem when trying to book classes or restaurants. We paid extra for a sea view but as we are in block 19, the view is mainly of the desert, although the room is spacious and well furnished. We feel we have been pushed away from all the pretty gardens and the better sea views. The food and the restaurants are really good for mass catering and there is always plenty of choice and the quality is first class. We would certainly recommend this hotel for winter sunshine but wouldn't like to be here in the height of the summer as it would be unbearably hot. Overall it is very good and we will probably return.

Our experience was simply excellent - the resort was beautiful, service was excellent, people were friendly, the food was delicious and our kids loved it. Our 5 year old joined the Mymo club and wish he lived at the resort. I think that says it all. As a family we really wanted everyone to enjoy the holiday and we did find really fun activities to do everyday as a family while still getting some own time to relax, workout, drink some Prosecco in the warm sunshine by the pool and beach and we danced at night time events. Our 2 year-old got a fever and received excellent care at the clinic, she was on her feet and jumping into the baby pool by the next day. TUI magic kalawy was more than we excepted and we look forward to going back. 100% recommend!!!

Phantastischer Familienurlaub! Angefangen bei den Themenbuffets bis zu den Sportaktivitäten - alles auf höchstem Niveau. Aus dem Kidsclub MyMo konnten wir unsere Kinder kaum noch raus bekommen. Die Betreuer haben ein wundervolles Tagesprogramm für die Kids ausgearbeitet.
