這家酒店裡我們經歷了在318國道進藏的旅途中悲喜交加的一天，由於天氣原因，我們避開了318的擁擠路段，然後來到了察雅這個地方作為休整，酒店很大，然後裝修得也很時尚。但是房間內部的衞生實在跟不上，一進去就一大陣的煙味，包括房間的空氣以及枕頭和被褥上面都有大量的煙味！幸好我自己有帶精油在身上的習慣，然後就馬上開香薰，然後滴在枕頭上面，但睡完第2天收拾睡衣的時候還在上面聞到一陣濃濃的煙味，非常不開心，因為我們是有小朋友跟着我們一起的，健康和安全是首要任務，我覺得這個服務就不匹配這個價格。而更讓我們抓狂的，就是傍晚居然停電了！快到晚上10:00，整家酒店才有電，我們是在酒店走廊應急燈下面吃完外賣的。雖然這個不能全怪酒店，因為整個縣城好像都陷入了供電的危機，但是為什麼貴酒店的後備電源沒有跟上呢？第二天早上，由於地下停車場的車太多，酒店能馬上調度，把我們角落的車儘快地調出來，這個要值得好評，由於前一天停電，電梯故障，由服務員把我們的行李從5樓搬下來，這也值得肯定。另外就是要分享一下，他家的早餐味道非常好！所以希望酒店發揮優勢，取長補短！
