Hotels in Darling Harbour, Pyrmont

W Sydney is the best hotel among the all I have visited in Australia so far. Almost everything is perfect, food, services, location, facilities, swimming pools, all of them! If I have to pick one thing which is not excellent, is that the previous customer left some finger prints on the TV that wasn't being and some dust in air you can see while turning on the lights in the walk-in.  Otherwise, best in the best!

Wonderful stay, clean comfortable grand suites , loved the breakfast buffet with extra things offered there than what is usually available in other similar hotel chains. Felt every thing were somewhat grander but well kept and clean ,even though the interiors looked little dated

Has been visited ten years ago….at that time was nice…but now the hotel seems old dated without refurbishment. The water for shower is really weak, so it takes a long time for shower. Would like to stay in another hotel next time. But the staffs were professionally trained and the breakfast is nice with many choices. Every traveller will get a Complimentary artist coffee during breakfast. Near China town and darling harbour…though it is situated at the corner near a flyover.

I loved this quirky wee hotel! Staff were always helpful and friendly, the room was quiet, spotless and comfortable and it's in a lovely position close to Darling Harbour - so easy to get into the CBD. There's an on site restaurant, I only had breakfast once during my stay but that's only because I had plans most days so had brekkie out - It was fabulous! 100% recommend this smashing hotel!

Our living experience in the Hotel was great. The upgrading service in pent house provided a great view of the surrounding areas with a part of Darling Harbour. The house is so big which let us have a very good rest. The facilities in house are sufficient. The room attendant was very helpful and pleasant. Almost everythings are brilliant, just two things need to improve. One is the drainage and the water supply is not stable in the bathroom. Second thing need to pay attention to is the bathroom door in the bedroom should be changed to the material that can block the sunlight to let the guests sleeping deeper.

Stayed for 13 days at Hyatt Regency Sydney and had a great overall experience. The room was compact but had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I had a drainage issue in my first room, but the staff handled it promptly and even upgraded me to a room with a lovely view of Darling Harbour – really appreciated that gesture! The location is great – quiet enough to relax, but still just a short walk to the CBD, so it’s super convenient. One small thing to note: no dental kit was provided during my stay, so bring your own just in case. Otherwise, service was excellent and I’d happily stay here again!

My husband and I stayed in Sofitel for 3 nights and everything was honestly 10/10. The staff are excellent - so friendly and helpful. They attended to all our needs. Special shoutout to Nia and Kla for being so friendly :) The place itself is luxurious and all the amenities were fantastic. The buffet was just phenomenal - they had everything you can ask for! One of the best breakfast buffets we have had and we have travelled all over the world. We felt spoilt for choice. We loved our stay here and definitely would highly recommend!! Oh and I can’t forget to mention that the location is super convenient surrounding Darling Harbour and Cockle Bay Wharf - had several places to eat and just an overall beautiful atmosphere.

Booked three rooms in total: 2 rooms with a queen size bed and 1 room with two single beds. The cleanliness of the rooms with queen size bed were not the best– lots of drain flies in one of the bathroom and not the cleanest; view was nice (on the 18th and 23th floor). On the other hand, the cleanliness of the room with two single beds was great and room looked newer for some reason; no view + gloomy at 5th floor. Other than that, all 3 rooms were very spacious and well-equipped (except that there isn't any hand wash and we had to purchase from convenience store). Location was great– walking distance to almost all the tourist attractions. Front desk was friendly and helpful as well. Overnight parking was a tad pricey. 

Very good location hotel in the city spot and not much busy a lot of stuff to do for kids fam around there nice cafe nice shop very happy this trip

We had a wonderful stay at the Kith hotel . The room was beautiful and the location was super convenient. Darling Harbour, The 🌟 casino, Sydney Ish Market etc..walking distance and public transportation close by. Great value hotel with friendly reception staff who are always willing to help. THANK You All ❤️ We would certainly stay there again next time we are in Sydney💕
