Excellent staff and facilities.

Went for a long weekend back in July with my girlfriend. We had a fantastic 4 days and spent time doing many different activities within the resort ranging from hanging out at the different pools/beach to playing tennis. The restaurants are also great as well as the breakfast, with countless of options to choose from. While I've been to the Westin a few times in the past and therefore was familiar with the area, the location of the hotel is also convenient for going to places outside the hotel such as Voidokoilia beach, as well as walking around the town of Gialova.

Exceeded my every expectation! This was a six fay trip for me with the aim of relaxing and recharging and the Romanos luxury hotel was the perfect place to do so. The service from beginning to end was faultless, the room was immaculate with a balcony that gave me the perfect place to view stunning sunsets. As for the food, there were so many choices but all as delicious as each other. I am coming back with my family in august for two and a half weeks and cannot wait. Be it a solo trip or a family one, this is the place to come!

November 2024 We were a group of approximately 72 people, there for an annual golf tournament . This time it was Costa avarino. Out good fortune had us booked at this lovely resort for 5 nights. I must say it was by far, the best, of all the top places we have played / stayed at. The service at all levels, starting from the bell desk, buggy drivers, waiters, reception staff, housekeepers, restaurant staff and all those that I have forgotten, was simply immaculate. NOTHING was too much to ask for. Every request was met with “certainly sir”. The quality of the room was absolutely next level. The quality of the food in every single restaurant, mind blowing along with then quality of service. No matter what i asked for , not only was it delivered, but delivered with a smile. This resort is absolutely humongous hence u need a buggy to get you from one place to another. Buggies were just a phone call away. Whenever one was called for, it arrived extremely promptly, not like other huge resorts where one is waiting endlessly. Truly, truly one of the finest, if not the finest resorts i hv ever had the pleasure of staying at. The standard of golf courses is absolutely next level. The service of the golf staff was even more special (if that was possible). Absolutely loved it. Would recommend to anyone even remotely considering this resort. The one thing i felt slightly sad about was not getting the points on my marriott bonvoy account I was told that this was because of it being a group booking. However, i felt that loyal members should still have been hv been accomodated. I would go back in a second, it was that great. The quality of people made it all the more special.
