The Hotel is quiet old. Our room has some broken floor. However, we really appreciate with warm welcoming from the staffs, polite and friendly front and coffee shop staff, the quiet and nice atmosphere (we can walk around the very wide nice clean hotel compound both in the morning and evening), wide and spacious room and bathroom, nice traditional buffet breakfast (even there's not much choice but we had more than full stomach) and especially they have very tasty traditional hot milk-tea. It is like honeymoon-like-stay for us.

The hotel is very quiet in the mountains, from the hotel to the waterfall, 10 km from the city center of Bin Ulun, you need to call the city from the hotel to the city center, cost 12000MMK. It is about 70 kilometers from Mandalay International Airport and is driven for one and a half hours at a cost of 45,000 MMK. The view is very good, the balcony of the room can see the waterfall and the sunrise and sunset, but there is no other facilities around, it is a little isolated, eat and drink in the hotel restaurant, or call the car to the city center. The facilities in the house feel that the general level, there is no hot water shower, this is very embarrassing, may be the solar energy used in the mountains? ......
