I booked this place because I had some business in Pyeongtaek! It's newly built, so it was very clean and great. The location is very close to Pyeongtaek Station, and there's a convenience store just a second away, so it was super convenient. Haha. The hot water in the room was great, and most importantly, the water pressure was great. The pillows were especially comfortable, so I had a great night's sleep!

For a last minute booking the hotel was very accommodating. I was a bit skeptical with the first impression of the lobby giving a very motel vibe, as I went to my floor I was quite surprised as the look of the hallway was quite different than what I expected. Entering my room, I felt a very cozy and welcoming feeling (keep in mind). I do live in an apartment in another city in South Korea so I am used to the layouts of Korea apartments and I can say that the room was more of a studio type room with furniture than a hotel which for makes it more homey. Entering the room, they already provide indoor slippers. The layout with table and chairs and sink (what used to be a cooking area) gives it the studio apartment feeling. Very spacious and open and the TV (huge) is bigger than what most 5 star elegant hotels have. The bidet is on point and shower is a modern concept. They also provide a transformer for those who require or have electronics that require 110v charge.

It's a typical Korean hotel that great for few nights stay or one night stand. The location is close to subway station and major roads. The guests use kiosk tocheck in and check out its fully automatic with no human interaction. Although the building doesn't seem large but the room is big just like the photo. However, it offer complimentary water only unlike other hotels in the area that has juices and coffee even snacks. Also no English translation for anything.

I rrecently stayed overnight at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised at how much it felt like a luxury hotel experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, attentive, and professional, making check-in smooth and hassle-free. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-appointed with thoughtful details that made the stay extra comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the linens felt premium, ensuring a restful sleep. The amenities were top-notch — from the modern bathroom fixtures to the high-quality toiletries, everything was designed with guest comfort in mind. What stood out most was the overall service and attention to detail. The team went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, and the facilities provided a truly elevated experience. For just an overnight stay, it felt like I was treated to a luxury getaway. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great value paired with excellent amenities and service. I will definitely return on my next visit.

If you booked deluxe double but they would upgrade your room to the higher and more spacious room since you customers are so pretty and beautiful (which is so inappropriate for a hotel service person to say), do not upgrade it because it is actually a downgraded room with possible smoking smell. The higher level and spacious room will be old, smelly and not so clean. I asked the front desk to move back to the original room that I booked because I couldn’t stand the smoke smell. When I moved to the new clean deluxe room I booked, I was so baffled as to why they in the first place offered a shitty room and say it’s an upgrade. Did they want to save our deluxe room and use it for another customer? Or were they just lazy to clean up after us so left the room untouched? If it weren’t for me to ask them to move back to my original reservation, I would’ve had paid a wrong amount for a wrong room and a wrong experience… also, the check out is 12pm when the app says it’s 1pm.

My overall experience was excellent. I stayed here for five days on a business trip. The front desk staff was very easy to communicate with, and there was a lady who spoke Chinese exceptionally well, which was a huge help. Her Chinese was truly fluent and her communication was very clear 👍🏻. There was also a male manager – I didn't catch their names – but their service was also very attentive. The hotel can arrange car services to the bus station or other places. They helped me book a car to the station and even informed me of the cost beforehand, which was incredibly thoughtful. I was very satisfied with the service. There are many restaurants and convenience stores downstairs, making dining very convenient. There's also a microwave on the second floor, so if you don't want to go out, you can buy food from the convenience store, store it in the fridge, and heat it up on the second floor. The room also has a balcony where you can get some fresh air. The only minor inconveniences were that the bathroom didn't have a waterproof curb, and there were no power outlets by the bedside. Overall, I was still very satisfied.

We like this hotel. The place is easy to find and it's near the train station. The room is clean and we're comfortable. Front desk person is so nice and kind. For sure we gonna stay again in this hotel.

Great hotel, the spa suite tub is huge! Could fit in it side by side no problem! Only thing is they only stock the room with 1 large towel, so make sure when you arrive to ask for another large towel, and get one every morning if staying multiple days. Downtown of Pyeongtaek is only about 15 min drive. Taxis are hard to order since the hotel is located on the outer ends of the city. Great hotel all in all. Make sure tobhave google translator app on your phone for easier conversations and questions.

15 minutes walk to Osan AFB, Songtan Line 1 station, or Songtan bus terminal. Free snack breakfast. On-site free parking. Decent sized rooms, look new. Fridge, hair dryer, kettle, toiletries, towels are provided. Next to train line, so every once in a while you will hear passing train. Can hear loud aircraft takeoff too. Restaurants, market and Daiso are walkable.
