… 너무 불쾌한 숙박 경험이었습니다.
밤 10시에 숙소에서 여자친구랑 맥주한잔 하던 중에 문이 열리더라구요. 알고보니 숙소를 이중배정하고, (번호가 스티커로 부착된) 카드키를 배부했던 상황이었습니다. 솔직히 늦은 시간이라.. 제 옷차림도 좀 곤란했고, 상황도 매우 불편했네요.
프론트에 요청하니 계속 기다리고 있으면 연락주겠다는 말씀만,
타 숙박객분은 문에서 계속 기다리고.. 결국 시간이 좀 지나서, 프론트에 내려오면 확인하거나 새로운 방을 배정하겠다해서 착한 타 숙박객분이 넓은 마음으로 1층 프론트로 내려가서 새로 방을 배정받았습니다.
프론트에 항의하니 죄송하다는 말씀과 필요하면 청소메이드분을 새로 보내드리겠다는 제안밖에… 이런 일이 생길 수 있습니다 그런데 빠른 지원 및 개선을 해줘야 합니다.이런 부분은 반드시 개선되어야합니다.

It has a nice view and is quiet. However, the only auxiliary facility in operation is a convenience store. Also, it was disappointing that the only amenities provided in the room were 2 toilet paper mix coffees and 2 water..
Be sure to bring shampoo, body shampoo, and soap!

The resort next door is expensive ~ ㅠ I made a reservation here, and it's clean and really nice haha. The price is reasonable, so I recommend it ㅠ But the amenities are no longer available.
