Отличный отель, небольшой пафос не напрягает. Большой номер, удобные кровати. Для комфортного проживания есть абсолютно все. Телевизор, чайная станция,в ванной комнате кладут даже мочалки, расческу и станок для бритья. Завтраки сытные, каши, овощи, фрукты, даже микрозелень.На ранние экскурсии выдают еду с собой.Отель не в центре, но мы перемещались на такси, цены доступные. Рекомендовала отель сестре, она планирует с семьей пребывание в Пятигорске на сентябрь.Все понравилось, спасибо персоналу.

Ужасно! Нет штор напротив кровати! Ресторан - одно название, выбор, как в столовой , да и не работают! Поблизости ничего нет! Что б поесть или в магазин сходить нужно идти минут 30 или ехать на такси. Халатов нет. В упаковке бумажной была мокрая использованная зубная щетка!

Отель Кристэлла 4* Хороший отель , на окраине Пятигорска, отель 4* полностью оправдывает свой статус , очень просторные номера, с огромной ванной комнатой , в номере есть все что должно быть в отеле такого уровня и даже заполнен мини бар ) не хватает только более современного телевизора с выходом в интернет! В Холле есть кофе машина с зерновым кофе, которой можно пользоваться бесплатно. В дни моего путешествия шли дожди, поэтому очень пригодился зонтик, который можно взять на ресепшен! Завтрак шведский стол , вполне достойный.

Отличный отель! Самые лучшие впечатления! Чисто, красиво, вежливый, внимательный к гостям персонал. Вкусные, разнообразные завтраки! Полностью соответствует своим четырём звёздам. Отдыхали с детьми 10 ночей в люксе на Новый год. Отель красиво украшен, ощущение праздника. Детям на Новый год сладкие подарки от отеля подарили. Всё отлично! Спасибо))

Очень понравился отель, большой номер 105 кв. метров, отдыхали с взрослой дочерью, гостинная и две спальни, это просто суппер, завтраки понравились, всё вкусно и много, я не мог съесть всё что приносили. Очень понравился дизайн как самого отеля так и самого номера. Расположение, да не центр, но рядом остановка ОТ и до центра 15 минут, мы ездили на Яндекс такси за 60- 100 рублей. Единственный минус, ресторан работал только на завтраки, обедов и ужинов не было. Хотелось бы кухоньку в номер или хотя-бы микроволновку.
