I found on Ctrip that the hotel was in the mountains from Puyehue to the Argentinian border. I was a little worried on the way there because I was afraid that the conditions would be poor, so I didn’t place an order immediately. When we arrived, we found that the hotel was in a wild luxury style. The front desk took us around the hotel. It has a beautiful large dome wooden restaurant, an indoor swimming pool, and an outdoor hot spring swimming pool. There are two types of rooms: cabins and tents. The tent is by the river, equipped with a wooden bathroom and an outdoor hot spring barrel. The river water is hot, and the mist is shrouded in the evening, which is very magical. The tent is heated and not cold at all. There is a coffee machine that can boil hot water. The bed was big enough and I slept well. The next morning I went to the hot springs for breakfast, which was very rich. It started at 8:30 on time, not even a minute earlier.

Pasamos una experiencia excelente. La atencion y equipamiento del domo fue espectacular. La cena en el restaurant fue de gran calidad y el desayuno completísimo. Los precios fueron acordes al servicio prestado. Como sugerencia de mejora diria que la privacidad del deck y tinaja de los domos podrian mejorarse un poco ya que están bastante expuestos al transito de gente en el sector y alrededores. Además la temperatura de la tinaja estaba demasiado elevada cuando llegamos y hubo que agregarle bastante agua fria para poder meterse.

Excelente lugar!! Una atención increíble,y es para disfrutar y no moverse de ahí,nosotros estuvimos hospedados 10 noches de las cuales casi no salimos del lugar,disfrutamos a pleno la tinaja, el paseo por los senderos y las comidas!!!
