Nuestra reciente estadía del 25 al 30 de diciembre fue simplemente maravillosa. Esta fue nuestra segunda visita, un año después de haber venido cuando mi esposa estaba embarazada, y estamos felices de decir que la experiencia fue aún mejor. Desde la recepción hasta el restaurante, todo el equipo fue excepcional. Isidora en recepción fue muy resolutiva, gestionando un cambio de habitación de inmediato al presentar una inquietud. En el restaurante, Chef René, junto con los supervisores Daniel Montecinos y Juan Carlos, se preocuparon en todo momento por nuestras restricciones dietéticas, asegurando que tuviéramos un trato VIP. Además, Karla e Ignacia, como anfitrionas, hicieron que cada comida se sintiera especial y acogedora. Queremos destacar especialmente a Marjorie del SPA, quien con su profesionalismo y masajes relajantes y descontracturantes, nos ayudó a desconectar por completo. Un reconocimiento especial también a Camila del centro de actividades. Cuando perdimos la credencial de nuestro perro de servicio en un sendero a 2 km del hotel, no dudó en salir en bicicleta bajo el sol y con 31 grados de temperatura para recuperarla. Su dedicación y compromiso hicieron que nuestra experiencia terminara de la mejor manera. Nos vamos con muchas ganas de volver pronto, sabiendo que aún quedan muchas actividades por disfrutar en este hermoso lugar. ¡Gracias por hacer de nuestra estadía un recuerdo inolvidable!

El Hotel, tiene todo lo que necesitas para disfrutar y descansar. A nosotros nos tocaron muchas familias con niños muy pequeños y quizás no es muy cuidado el comportamiento, pero lo demás todo excelente! Lo recomendamos!
