We plan to visit this beautiful place again because of the friendly staff, this is our 3rd visit. We usually come to the hotel but this time we had a bad experience. specially on arrival The resident manager is having a big conversation with the staff at the front desk. His voice is very loud and it is unpleasant to see the manager behaving rudely to the staff. Also the staff welcomed us very politely as if nothing happened. The manager should learn from them. we like this place. Especially the friendly staff. Unfortunately we miss a lot of people here. We chatted with some the staff and it is really unbelievable that no one likes that resident manager ,they said that lotof staff left from the hotel because of him. i meet him The thing is, I introduced myself and he said hello and looked at on his phone and went to make a call. So I thought there was no point in talking. and I saw him at dinner in the main restaurant. There were many guests around but he didn't talk to anyone. He doesn't know how to behave as a hotelier. And I read some bad reviews about him and I heard that the employees have filed a petition against him. If he has any self-respect in a situation like this, he should resign. the rooms are very clean and tidy food is delicious. staff in resturant nice and frindly. good service,front desk staff also reallyhelpfull,thank you all for great service, and thank you front office manager chandana,for giving the link to write my through , However, we decide that this will be our last visit to the hotel.
