Our experience started out fine, we were given cookies at the reception by a very friendly receptionist. The property is huge but dated. Walking from reception to our room (in another adjacent building) is ok but there is no shaded walkways, it’s all open air and subject to the elements. The room itself is average, we had booked two rooms facing the lake. The cleanliness however is appalling. We found a dead cockroach under the bed, the toilets were clean but because it’s all black tiles, you can’t really see the dirt unless you look closely; the shower doors weren’t properly cleaned, there is moss and old, icky dirt stuck at the corners. Water pressure to the bidet is low, which basically makes it pointless to have. There’s food flies lounging around the room, possibly from food that was consumed by the previous guest. We had ordered room service 3 times in total. The first time was great, they brought the food within 30 minutes, charged it to our room. The food quality however was subpar. The char kuey teow was soggy and tasted like ginger, which isn’t how it’s normally supposed to be prepared! If your chef is gonna make changes to classic local recipes, make sure it’s taste-tested by others and please CLEARLY state that this is an adaptation of a local classic so the guest can expect it to be different. The 2nd time was an annoyance, not only was the food late but they told us to pay immediately for it! Apparently the wait staff was told we had not paid a deposit for the room but in fact we had paid a deposit to cover our entire 2 night stay for two rooms! But being cooperative guests, we decided not to make a fuss and paid immediately. 3rd room service, no questions about payment. Talk about inconsistent service! Also, we were told to leave our food trays from the room service outside the room but they didn’t clean it up the next day resulting in food flies buzzing around. The breakfast was ok on the first day, but the 2nd day, it was downright horrible. Scrambled eggs were soggy, bacon and sausages was boiled and not fried, again, if you’re gonna offer a healthy alternative to everyday norm, please state it clearly somewhere! Freshly baked bread wasn’t fresh either, tasted at least a day old. Lastly, the pool isn’t cleaned regularly, not what you’d expect from something with a “Hilton” brand in it. The kids pool had dark tiles in it and so you can’t easily see dirt in the water but there were small leaves and other icky stuff floating about if you looked closely.

This hotel is older, but they have been renovating. The renovations are not at all disturbing for guests either but the gym is smaller. Still there is a gym though. I found the amenities to be spot on: the pool is lovely and kids would love the water park. The rooms appear to have all been recently renovated and they are really quite comfortable and big. As others have mentioned the toiletries are good. The location is close to the airport but also close to the biggest mall you’ve ever seen. The food is good. Breakfast good though I much preferred the food in the mall which is a 5 minute walk away. Service was excellent particularly the concierge who helped with everything. All in all a decent hotel.

I received warmest welcome from the staff at reception table. Staff always very helpful in fulfilling my every single request I truly appreciate their excellent service provided by them. The cleanliness in hotel room(2 bed) are excellent.. Definitely I will repeat the booking again. Thx you

-Shower area smells of pee -Toilet smells of pee -Somewhat like a shoe stain on toilet seat -DUSTY. the bedroom has a fan. You literally see balls of dust flying around with the fan on. Husband and kid sneezing the whole 2 nights of staying there. -Were given a list of food choices for breakfast during checkin. Need to choose there and then. They have it delivered each morning to your room at around 7.30am-8am. But the food was already cold. I guess that's why you have a microwave in the unit. -Skip the breakfast. You can get better food in the mall/around Cyber. -No free parking. Register your vehicle plat number and get flat rate RM5 per day. -Friendly and attentive staffs. -Direct connection to the mall.

I just stayed at Moxy Putrajaya, right next to IOI Mall, and honestly, it was awesome. From the moment I arrived, I felt totally recognized – the crew called me by name which made a huge difference and made me feel right at home. The room was spotless, with loads of thoughtful touches in the amenities that made my stay super comfy. But the real highlight? The people! The crew was all about fun and super friendly vibes. I met Dharmen at the bar and chatted with a couple of trainees – their energy and engagement were off the charts. They made sure everyone was having a good time, recommended some cool spots to check out, and really went the extra mile to make my stay special. The whole a**osphere at Moxy is both lively and chill, perfect whether you’re there to relax or looking to mingle and have a good time. Thanks to the Captain, for organizing all this. Can’t wait to go back to Moxy Putrajaya. If you’re looking for a place with fun vibes and thoughful spirited people, this is it. Totally recommend!

Nice, clean, spacious room. Very comfy. Friendly & efficient check-in and check-out staff. Stayed here to attend a 500+ pax event. Hall is big and comfortable with toilets close by. Event food is acceptable.

I am regular at Ibis Cheras, staying about 4 times a year and each time about 3-5 days. The location is convenient for me as I am here to see family. With a burgeoning of eateries a short walk away, meals or supper is close at hand. Notwithstanding the good points about Ibis, the nice room and good WiFi, a few things seem to have lapsed. It looks like they are using their old eroded towels again. Also, the grouting in the bathroom needs to be cleaned properly because mould have set in. The roller screen in the bathroom is stained. All these things detract from the positives of the room and stay. Breakfast also seems to have dropped in standards and the new meal room doesn’t look like a restaurant at all. It would be good if they can take a look at these things and resolve a few of them.
