Excellent before n after sales service! Very friendly n clear instruction before accommodation. Giving extra time for late check-out too. Clean and spacious suitable for family n friends gatherings. We have realized accidentally left our item the next day after check out but the host putting extra effort to search it n willing to courier it back to us without any charges ! Thank you very much! Spent a night during CNY, service was great.. All the staffs are friendly and polite. Deco at hotel for CNY is nice too.. A little downside is that renovation is on going for Alamanda which made the walk to the mall a bit difficult. Otherwise, it will be a super convenient place. Room is as good as seen in photos and the water at sink is with hot water too... Super comfortable when you wake up in the morning and with cold hands. Love the experience there

Aircond ok. Cuma water heater tak berfungsi yaaa. Memang tk panas langsung. Smart tv pulak remote prblem menyebabkan tak boleh buka tv langsung. Minta tukar bateri remote kt receptionist tapi still tak berfungsi. So overall memang tak puas hati sangat sebab water heater dan smart tv tkleh guna langsung. Untuk tido semalam boleh la kot. Prefer hotel lain yang amenities dia berfungsi dengan baik. Kecewa dgn bnda ni.
