Room is nice and comfy, very nice view from the balcony and very great for the price. Just that some of the walls in the room got scribble marks maybe from a previous guest children. The hotel should get that cleaned. And the check in is a tad bit late, around 30 mins past 3pm which is the check in time. Not a big issue but could be improved. The breakfast selection in the cafe is okay, maybe could be improved as well. All in all a great stay 👍🏻

A classic 4-5* hotel at Putra Jaya Presint 1 inside Taman Putra Perdana. Pro: Limited time discount for public servants, well maintained aging hotel with good service Con: Inconvenient carpark and a bit distance from town

staff very friendly, semua staff murah senyuman. Sampai je lobby staff sambut offer angkatkan barang. Proses check in senang less than 5 minutes settle. the location was very mesmerizing. Located strategically up hill. Breakfast got many options and sedap. Bilik luas and selesa. best best 💯

The room was clean and spacious . Just that the AC was not working really well. It was barely cold enough. What we liked the most was the bath tub that was attached straightaway to the bedroom so we could monitor our baby playing with water inside the bath tub from the room. The parking was a bit downhill but they provided a buggy so no issues.

Pulse Grande hotel Putrajaya is located near Attractions point like Secret garden,tangga Putrajaya steps,is a plus for me.this is the reason I choose to stay here.the staffs are helpful and polite.Check in very fast.room is big and very near to swimming pool.Didn’t take the breakfast but it’s look delicious.Will try it next time when stay again this hotel.Free parking too.

Very good location. Walking distance to Secret Garden Putrajaya. The staff is very friendly. Have a variety of foods. Overall very satisfied with this hotel.

Had a pleasant short stay. Check in was smooth and being upgraded to garden view. Spacious room, comfy bed and clean bathroom.room service order is convenient just need to scan qr. Food was good. Will definitely come again.

The room is spacious, clean but got bites by bed bug that cause me cant sleep whole nite. Secret garden just infront from my room

The room is comfortable, neat, and tidy. The room service is poor; while we requested to send us some mineral water, unfortunately the room service asked us to pay for the mineral water. While we were agreeing to pay them, no one came to send us mineral water as per request before. The car park is quite far away from the hotel. Although hotel transportation is provided, it is not available all the time. While we checked out at 12 p.m., there was no hotel transportation available in front of the lobby. Thus, we need to carry our luggage into the car park by ourselves along the road that is quite far away. The receptionist was also not so welcomed. During the time we checked out, the receptionist was sitting at the counter; however, she was looking down and taking some time to respond to us.

Clean and nice hotel. Breakfast is good, many choices. Room is nice and clean. Swimming pool I view is great.

All staff were very good, accommodative and friendly. The food for the breakfast buffet was good as well.
