The receptionist at the lobby counter , the buggies and the house keeping maintenance provided excellent services to customer. The scene around is nature with fresh air. A good place to recommend to stay.

The pros of this hotel is that it is conveniently located in the heart of Precinct 1 Putrajaya, surrounded by lush greeneries, and having a spacious room complete with a bath tub. Parking is slightly away from the hotel but the buggy service is always available on-demand. I had a room water leaking issue which was promptly attended to by the staff Mr Azizi and he even gave me an upgrade to a family room. The swimming pool has a nice infinity pool design and is able to view the sunset on the horizon. However, it closes at 7pm, and before the sun was set, I was already chased out of the pool by the staff. The operating hours of the swimming pool should be at least until 8pm.

The hotel looks grand however refurbishment is needed for the room. The iron and hair dryer malfunction but quickly replaced by the hotel once informed.

Its a old hotel building, despite the 5* claim. It is not cleaned properly. Very dusty around the table area.

Room is big enough for 2 person, bed is soft but only having 1 bathrobe in my room on that day. Didn’t bother to ask for another 1 as we only staying for 1 night so it’s not a big issue. But I think the toilet’s door need to be change. It’s not easy to use kind of wood type of door nowadays, need skill to lock it tho, so end up not closing the door for the toilet. It’s okay if staying with your husband/wife but it’s not suitable if having small child staying together 😌

The room is nice, you can see the secret garden
The first floor of the hotel is an indoor garden, which is quite unique
There is a shuttle bus at the door to the secret garden
The attitude of the service staff is pretty good, it is not bad to stay for one night temporarily, the disadvantage is that there is nothing around, or it may be that I didn't find it, and I took a taxi to a long way to eat.
