設施：公寓樓的淋浴設施較陳舊，淋浴頭的固定支架損壞，需及時更換
服務：1、上菜速度非常慢，等半小時以上；2、水果大拼盤未按原菜單上，僅用幾個砂糖橘代替；3、辦理入住房間的等待時間太久，等了足足一個小時以上的時間。
綜上：作為酒店管理，對客户的服務應該至上，還望改進！

房間面積很大但是設計擺位不合理，洗漱淋浴與床太近了，還沒有門，很不舒服。沒有電視，和酒店的檔次極不匹配。12月中旬入住窗户關不上，幾次三番催促才來維修工人師傅還問為什麼要關窗，很不情願。早飯品種還可以，質量不是很好與兩年前退步很大，7點開始我吃飯時已經7點半左右了還在擺菜，咖啡基本上沒有味道。
