Not the first time in this hotel. Polite and very pleasant staff (special thanks to the young man at the entrance and the girls at the reception!). The spa area has several saunas and a swimming pool (not enough sun loungers).
Delicious breakfasts in a pleasant atmosphere.
What we don’t like: the hotel is often used for wedding celebrations, so be prepared for this if you arrive on weekends and immediately ask for rooms away from the restaurant (in our case, the reception took into account the wishes)
I also note that in the rooms overlooking the atrium there is no coffee machine (it’s a little strange for a hotel of this level to see bags of instant coffee in the minibar)

Были семьей и отмечали день рождения у сына, вообще без напоминая сотрудники с утра поздравили тортиком и игристым !!!!Великолепный отель, интерьер просто царский, картины с цветами - это просто отдельная история, сервис на высшем уровне, номера в стиле дорого-богато, очень достойно рекомендую однозначно!! Спа комплекс также очень порадовал !!!

Суперский отель ,остановились на одну ночь,дети уезжать не хотели,великолепие начинается с парковки и до всех мелочей отеля.Просто рекомендую посетить данное место.Кухня превосходна,номера отличные,почувствовали себя как во дворце.Жаль не было время посетить спа,но думаю мы однозначно вернемся.Много где были по Подмосковью ,но такого сервиса я еще не видела.Желаю управляющему отеля держать марку в таком же ключе,спасибо за приятный отдых.
