Too much mosquito were there. Also the surroundings were stinking heavily. Not great experience we had.

I had booked this hotel for family visit to puri. When i reached the hotel at 3:30pm the staff was sleeping with all doors closed, their supervisor was very rude and asked me is this time to check in? there is no kitchen, so no tea or coffee is available forget dinner. Rooms were good though but staff is horrible. With such an arrogant staff hotel will closed down soon.

The location is clumsy, it was smelling badly outside the the room, the room is overpriced, for hot water you have to call the service to switch on the geazer, there's no intercom in the room, only plus point is their cook mr. Mukharji who prepare good veg food.

I added breakfast with the booking, but the staff was confused. After a long discussion they serve breakfast. Not changing the bed sheet after night.

Accordingly price room and hotel not properly, very old hotel and also reception is very too old like a ancient house. Cleaning is not good just ok

The experience at ocean delight hotel was very disappointing; it felt more like a guest house than a hotel, especially considering the rs 4000 per day rate with minimal services. The rooms had a musty smell of mildew. The owner and staff were completely dishonest. Initially, they assured no extra charges for leaving belongings in the room for an hour or two, but later insisted on an additional 4000 for being one hour late and threatened to charge for an extra day and i have to pay. Moreover, the hotel didn't request any id proof from guests, raising concerns about potential illegal activities. I strongly advise prospective guests to think twice before booking a room at this hotel.
