Starting from Location,beach facilities ,room facilities , fooding ,staff behaviour everything was tooo good. I would like to make special mention for staffs Ashok ,saujanya, lilima bindu and jigesh because of their efforts and hard work they made our stay really. Smooth and memorable.

We had breakfast at the Samudra restaurant and we found quality of service to be exemplary . Specifically wanted to mention the services of Saujanya , Ashok , Bindu. The quality and variety of food was excellent too . Would strongly recommend this to all who visit Puri

Amazing stay & Hospitality. Perfect for a beach lover .The buffet spread was amazing . The private beach was very clean . Location of the hotel was also very good .Centrally located. The staff was very courteous and accommodative. Would definitely recommend a few days stay for a perfect family vacation.

I stayed in 2219. The stay was good. The room had a bit of damp smell but the staff co operated to clear the smell away. Vinayak from front desk and Saujanya from Sammudra restaurant were very kind and prompt to help us. The experience was amazing from this 3 star hotel in Puri. They will support you and let you know when and how to visit the Jagannath temple.

The hotel has their own private beach which is a big plus. It is located very close to the Jagannath Puri temple. The staff is very friendly and their buffet breakfast as well as dinner has a wide spread of delicacies to cater to all taste buds. Just loved the place.

During my recent visit to Mayfair Waves/Heritage, I had the pleasure of meeting Saujanya, who was managing the breakfast service. Saujanya was outstanding in her role. She was well-dressed, smart, and highly interactive. Her professionalism and attention to detail made my breakfast experience truly enjoyable. She managed everything efficiently, ensuring that all guests were well taken care of. Room was good, spacious and clean. Staff were courteous. My stay was for 2 days. Food was not at par. I had buffet at dinner, the buffet spread was very limited and also tasted very average. They provide free meal for the infant (dal mung khichdi / milk) twice a day which was a bonus for us.
