Wind Chimes Villa impresses with excellent rooms, beautiful surroundings, and wide amenities. Guests appreciate the friendly staff but find it overpriced with limited food quality.

The bed was super comfy - which made the trip awesome. The food was mostly super delicious and the hospitality unmatched. A few things that could have been better - One of the buffet dinners was disappointing in taste. The boat trip was expensive (10,000 + tax) by any standards for what it was, but the people were courteous, friendly, there was no hankering for tips and made our ride comfortable and even allowed us to drive the speed boat for sometime. We would highly recommend the competent masseuse in the spa. The room (windchime villas) was nice but a few things like one of the plugs wasn’t working, the lights were a little harsh and perhaps could do with a bit of sprucing up for the price we paid. The reception staff were beyond courteous, even the staff at the restaurant - led by Mr Ajay Barika, and his team including Sasmita, mamata, Samir, etc and the fantastic Executive Chef who kept checking up on our food. The grounds were beautiful with fruit and flower trees everywhere and butterflies playing and egrets walking the grounds. The swimming pool was a nice amenity to have as well. A big thank you to all the support staff who helped with bags etc. The beach is only a 100 mts walk away, but is not the most suitable to walk. It would be good if some cleaning initiatives are taken by the resort involving local people and making sure local things are not disturbed. Overall a really fantastic trip - hope the feedback is incorporated for an even more pleasant stay in the future.

Beautiful place, pleasant stay and curteous service by Arup, Mamta, Sasmita and Chef Babuna. Sea food, Chicken Biryani, Veg Majedar and butter are good. Rooms are neat and tidy, restaurant ambience is good. Buffet break has lots variety South Indian and North Indian.
