Location pretty grim as it’s next to the Dartford Bridge and Tunnel. But once you are in you can forget about that as the rooms are decent and spacious, the restaurant is excellent for an evening meal and the breakfast is good value particularly if you go for the meal deal for dinner and breakfast. A good stay overall.

Good location and friendly staff. We stayed a couple of nights with the kids. They were very surprised with small cute presents for them. We had dinner both days at their restaurant and were very impressed with the delicious food. I'm the morning breakfast was very fresh and will a lot of choices. All the family had a good rest and a small holiday before Christmas. Definitely will come back, for us this hotel is in the perfect location.

I stayed at the Premier Inn West with my family. The manager, Zuvile, was very polite and helpful. The kids' room was excellently presented, complete with children's gifts. I will recommend this please . I will definitely be back soon. The manager deserved an award to be honest.

Stayed teo days with my GF. After shopping in Lakeside was good desicion to stay in this hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful, dinner in restaurant was delicious. All atmosphere friendly and with plenty Christmas spirit. In the morning we had amazing breakfast with plenty of choices. Worth to go

Great location for tilbury docks . Good parking £7 for 24 hrs . Meal deal great value evening meal and breakfast varied choice and drinks . . Rooms clean and comfortable. All staff helpful and friendly . Good WiFi and TV Will certainly stay here again .

Initially, it was for one night stay, but decided to stay further more days. A big thank you to Sandeep and Tataina, Always do your best to make my stay enjoyable. Big thank you to the resturant staff. They have amazing chef there the food is always nice and freshly cooked. Rooms always kept to a good standard.

I stayed here for a business trip and it was just what I needed, although nothing special. The room was very simple and had basic amenities, as you would expect from Premier Inn. There is good parking for a fee. No issues, and everything went smoothly during my stay.

Great hotel and ideally situated. As generally with all Prem inns, bed was comfortable, room spotlessly clean and hotel amenities really good. I ate in restaurant and food was good, reasonably priced and staff friendly. Parking was reasonably priced and check in and out super easy.
