We made a grave mistake to opt for package stay for a friends group with family. Paid more than 40% as advance. The very first demand we received on arrival was to pay 100%. We delayed that till first night. The geysers were off from the main. Until we paid, that worked. The next day, right after the payment, these were switched off again. Hotel said they will put it on only at a specific time. It was a project just to put on the tiny geysers. Hotel is severely under staffed. Almost each and every request takes several reminders and follow ups to be fulfilled. Staffs are hard working but untrained. Too many mistakes in extra items ordered quantity for billing. The owner must know that now-a-days many people like us are willing to pay but they need proper service. Several promises made while booking were denied, menus changed, services not rendered. The infrastructure is not bad but the lack of professionalism and wrong attitude of the owner to maximise profits will ultimately cause downfall of business because there are no dearth of similar or better hotels in Tajpur.

Perfect hotel for one night stands. Tariff is 1700but the standard of the hotel is 700...It falls under the category of shady places where that kind of services (es*o*t)are provided to some local hooligans through their back gate entrance. They happily serve this entertainment oriented localites. We tourists were treated like as if we were beggars asking for their services. They were busy deep frying the chicken pakodas for their back gate service customers although we informed them during our lunch and ordered them to give us 2 chapatis for a baby of 1.5 years by 7 pm. This is the worst hotel with worst services. Any one visiting this place will feel that taking service from them is a sin. They are irritated to serve you, they treat you like as you are their liability. They will bug you asking kindly make all the payments now, place the order for breakfast, lunch the moment you ask them for tea in the morning. They are very hard working online to satisfy the requirements of the exclusive flying customers. They serve them whole night and go to the market about 20 times. But forget to boil an egg for a baby after several reminders. Being an owner it's your duty to address and read check your short comings. You don't stay their you came to the hotel on 23rd Dec 2022 so don't buzz. With due respect your property your service we are not your relative we paid and expected a good service which we didn't get. So focus on that. It's not the mindset it's what you are serving your customers. You go to the market after every order made to bring the groceries so do you think your toy camera cctv works for 24 hours ..you want to make people believe really?????what a fool.... Parathe ka order ata hai toh maida lene jane wale ka khilona cctv..... 😂😂😂😂
