We have stayed at this lovely hotel before, and like it a lot. We have just re-booked for March 2026! The staff are all excellent, with good healthy food in the dining-room which is waiter service at dinner. Good attentive service in the dining-room. Always a very healthy selection at breakfast. Large comfortable bedrooms with a sitting-room area in front of the large sea facing terrace. Marvellous heated fresh seawater pool located in the quiet gardens with tasteful sun beds and beach robes and towels offered. Very nice poolside terrace for lunches and refreshments. While not 'adults only' there are very few children around which is another good point so it does have the feeling of an 'adults only' hotel which we enjoy. All the adult guests are very friendly, some regulars, which makes for a nice atmosphere in the hotel. Also good value for money for what is offered. We always return home feeling very healthy and fit and younger than when we arrived!

Absolute Entschleunigung in einer sehr ruhigen Lage und Umgebung. Partygänger sind hier eindeutig fehl am Platz, Menschen, die Zeit für sich, eine tolle therapeutische Betreuung und ein gutes Buch haben wollen sind genau richtig. Die Atmosphere im im Hotel ist zurückhaltend, nicht aufdringlich sondern respektvoll, dass Essen mit vielen regionalen Zutaten bedacht ausgewählt und köstlich zubereitet.

Don’t like writing reviews but this is A real find and deserves some publicity.
Super well run and renovated hotel from the 70s with a great vibe, specifically if you are into those kind of places/architecture. All rooms have direct sea view, a roof top terrace caters for endless sunshine. It is far from anywhere so you need a car ideally or rely on few bus routes. Staff are very nice and helpful. Breakfast is great with plenty of healthy options and a 3 course dinner is served to the table. You choose between meat, fish or vegetarian each morning.
I’d also mention the 20 meter heated outdoor pool which allows you to swim laps and the direct access to the public sea pool to experiment with the big waves coming across its walls. No beach here so this is the only option to swim “in the sea”. You can also go for a flat walk for miles along the coast to enjoy wildlife and the really salty air produced by the massive waves.
Didn’t test the wellness area but the decent gym with sea views and relatively modern technogym cardio and weights equipment (dumbbells up to 14kg only though).

We had such a lovely, relaxing trip here: the hotel is beautiful, food tasty and tastefully decorated spacious rooms with a sea view. We fell asleep every night to the sound of the Atlantic. Above all though it was the staff that really made this a special trip. Customer service was exceptional. Felt incredibly rested after my break and would really recommend for anyone wanting to switch off and recharge their batteries

Ein wunderbares Hotel, eine tolle Anlage mit zauberhaftem Flair. Einfach ein besonderer Platz im Norden Teneriffas. Das gesamte Personal, inklusive SPA und Mayrzentrum ist hervorragend und jederzeit freundlich. Das Essen, besonders das Frühstücksbuffet ist herrausragend.

Wunderbare Lage und tolles Ambiente sowie sehr freundliches und zugewandtes Personal. Warum dennoch nur eine befriedigende Gesamtbewertung? Die Betten waren für uns zu hart, so dass wir nach 10 Tagen mit Rücken- & Gliederschmerzen statt erholt abgereist sind. Zudem entsprach das Menü am Abend weder in qualitativer noch in quantitativer Hinsicht unseren Erwartungen. In Summe hatten wir 4 Massagen, davon war eine sehr gut und die anderen durchschnittlich und dem Preis nicht angemessen.

Ein idealer Ort zur Erholung! Die Wellness-Programme + öffentliches Meerwasserbecken sind absolut empfehlenswert. Die océano-Teams der Rezeption, des Restaurants, des Spas und der Zimmerservice sind sehr zuverlässig und immer freundlich.

Unsere Erwartungen wurden weit übertroffen! Ich wollte mit einer Freundin 6 Tage Auspannen und das ist vorzüglich geglückt. Das Hotel strahlt eine wunderbare Energie aus. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr angenehm, das Farbkonzept stimmig, der Aufbau schlüssig. Zimmer top (10te Etage zu empfehlen). Wir haben eine Kombination aus Wandern und Wellness gemacht u dazu die Anwendungen einzeln gebucht. Das Essen war ein Traum - der Wein ebenso :) Der Pool und der Blick auf´s Meer waren sehr ausladend und energitisierend. In der Abendsonne im Meerespool zu schwimmen ebenfalls. Wir kommen wieder! Empfehlung entweder für Freundinnenauszeiten oder Paarurlaub. Wir waren mit Mitte 40 eher die jungen, machte aber gar nix.
